On site bar with live music was great plus having a record player in the room and being able to check out vinyl records.

There were clothing moths in the room that came home with us in our suitcases.

Nice boutique hotel. Friendly staff. They have vinyl albums you can check out and play on a turntable in your room and a bunch of board games. It was a cold night so it was nice to have something to do, rather than just was TV. The restaurant is good too. Limited menu with COVID but the tatchos were delicious and filling.

There was only one USB port on one side of the bed and the other bedside light didn’t work. (Room 16). We got a buy one drink get one free chip, but when we looked at our final bill, they never took the second drink off the bill. They could do a better job cleaning the white tile in the bathroom shower.

Super chill and welcoming. Loved being within walking distance of the Pablo and the rest of downtown. Wished we could’ve stayed longer to check out the Lakely and more of Eau claire….harumph! Will be back for sure!

There was nothing about our experience to complain about or improve. Excellent job Oxbow and staff!

Quirky hotel in central EC. Rooms thoughtfully decorated. Visited for a wedding reception which was beautifully catered for in the adjacent Langley restaurant.

Rooms was for 2 adults, 2 kids but my two were far to big to share the single sofa bed so had to borrow and blow up for my daughter. Breakfast danishes had run out one morning

The hotel is in a perfect location downtown near shops and restaurants. We loved the arty vibe of the place and enjoyed a few drinks at the bar that had some great craft cocktails. My daughter and I checked out he bikes and went for a long ride on the bike paths in town - wonderful!

I wish there had been live music the night of our visit! The layout of the room was a little different with the sink in the main area. Maybe I'll stay in the Flats next time

We were not told their was a wedding reserving large portions of the restaurant and patio. We ate at the bar and they were out of many items on the menu.

Didn’t think much of the breakfast

More selection of fruits, something a bit more substantial. There was oatmeal, but no microwave or milk to prepare it

Lovely hotel, in a great location. Near cute shops, restaurants, and along the river path. Comfortable bed.

Lighting in the room was very dim. The shower could use some updating and a stronger bathroom fan to remove moisture after showers, it was a bit stuffy and damp in bathroom.
