they didn’t have my booking and it took over an hour to get checked in

Breakfast wasn’t well stocked and the area where the food was served was dirty.

it was clean, convenient and very comfortable. the beds were nice.

It was too noisy. Awakened predawn by truck noises. Bathroom adequate but very small. Not much room on the vanity.

I very much enjoyed their morning breakfast, the place is nice and clean. Staff's are also very friendly and helpful. The price was right for my stayed.

I was expecting a pool. Apparently they used to have one but turned it into a bar. I was wanting to relax in hot tub and pool. Also the entire hotel smelled of marijuana

easy access & close to a place that I can get provisions. Award incident after check in(see below) but Vihar Patel was very kind & made things right. Vihar is a great front desk clerk and an asset to the company! I also met the audit & daytime clerk & they were nice as well.

Long day driving only to be given a dirty room. I understand that it was someone’s error that it was marked as clean. the front desk only knows what they’re told from housekeeping.

Location was good.

Breakfast and Breakfast staff. Arrived just before it should have ended. Lady running it was putting everything away and was very rude when I asked if I could get something. Bed was not very comfortable. I stayed recently at Best Western in Plover, WI which had better beds. At check-in front desk did not tell me hours for breakfast.

Asked for service after first night stay and didn't get it. Said I was paying cash and they charged my credit card
