The front desk staff were super friendly when I arrived and also when I checked out very early in the morning. Room service attendant was always pleasant.

The staff in the food hall seemed preoccupied with their own issues and it took forever for a staff member to acknowledge I was there and wanted to place an order. The guests in the food hall were very rude. I sat at a table to eat my dinner the night of my arrival and family just sat down at my table didn't even ask if it was ok. I was trying to enjoy my meal in peace. The son was throwing a major temper tantrum about not being able to buy something. So I packed up my food and left.

Nothing, they gave me a relocalization to a lower category hotel because the was fully booked

I PAID for a good category "courtyard" and they sent me a lower category hotel "springfield".... this is the first time that a hotel gave me a downgrade for their mistakes. I paid for 2 queens besd and a sofa and now I am in a room with 2 full beds and a sofa.... I paid more to have 2 queens beds not 2 full beds..

Location good. Nice pool and gym nice size rooms

Very disappointed My family and I left the hotel for the day and on return found the door open and not pulled shut properly by the cleaning staff. Did complain to front desk. Only offered apologies no form of compensation. Nothing was taken but felt unsafe to leave valuables in my room. Very uncomfortable beds. Not allowed to take breakfast to your room. No shuttle for the malls.

The staff was amazing. The food quality was great.

The hotel was outdated. The wallpaper in my room was peeling off had to request another room, because the first room was hot. The bathtub had hair in it and mold the bed super uncomfortable and hard.

Beware- I saw reviews about this and ignored them. Hotel kept taking funds out of my account. They said they had overcharged me by around £300 and would refund me. We have been home for over a month now and no refund. I have emailed twice and no response. The manager Danny we spoke to many times about this was useless, would avoid us, we told him we had no parking yet he charged us?

The staff was friendly and the pool was great to use.

The room had a horrible smell and the sheets had blood, no new towels were offered unless asked and same for bed sheets
