Stayed in the Pullman Suite and was blown away by how beautiful the room was. We booked this room for the spa tub assuming the hot tub would be busy, and it definitely paid off! The room is very nice and spacious with it’s own fireplace and seating area and the spa tub was absolutely worth the extra cost. The room is right beside the elevator, but sound was not an issue at all, we did not hear the elevator once.

The only suggestion I would have for this room would be to add a TV in the seating area by the fireplace, otherwise you are stuck watching tv from the bed while you are there and cannot watch something while you enjoy the fireplace and nice views from the separate space.

The room was clean but we could not get it to cool down. Had to leave window open and then we had traffic. noise.

The stairwell was very dirty and smelled terrible. The hallway carpet looked dirty and was lifting. it really needs to be replaced.

The location was great! We really enjoyed the pool and although we didn't use the gym or the games room they looked great.

The light in our bathroom was so dull we could barely see and the toilet was a bit dirty. The pillows were also awful, not comfy at all despite there being 6 to choose from:(

We got there asked if we could upgrade our room (would pay for the extra charges of course) they said there were no rooms available and we went to our room (which was in a different building) upon arrival the carpets and coming up in the hallways, we opened the door to the room and there was an awful musky smell, the walls are so thin all we could hear were kids screaming and dogs barking. We looked at the beds and both were covered in human and pet hair, not just one bed but both. On the train line as well. Went to reception and asked just to cancel our reservation so we could go somewhere else and we were asked if we wanted a free upgrade (but when I asked to pay for an upgraded room they had none not even 15 mins prior?)

The location is great. Accessible to restaurants, and downtown. The parking is great for visitors. The staffs are great and friendly.

the salt water pool compared to chemicals.

No consideration to others when a kids hockey team is partying in the next room till late hours. No continental breakfast included for the price. The bathroom counter was ready to fall down, the tub was sagged and all water from inside edge would spill to floor and could see this has been happening for awhile with damage to the wall beside the door.

the arcade was cool and the free tea and coffee was a nice touch

the cleanliness was very bad . we are waiting for a refund for a night because we found blood stained sheets and dirty women’s panties . the pool wasn’t clean . smelled like they used a lot of chlorine

It was very close to the activity we were going to attend.

The facilities is starting to show wear. Because we had chosen the railway side it was very busy with trains during the night more than I was expecting. To get to the restaurant you had to go outside not the end of the world though.

beds were terrible. floor was dirty and shower looked stained. walls are paper thin so it was so loud with people upstairs with elephant feet
