The outdoor tables with the lights were great. Really nice to sit outside & visit with the sun setting : )

The pillows were hard making it difficult to get to sleep

Hot tub was not hot. We were located on the 2nd floor farthest from the stairs.

What breakfast? Did not know one was offered? ...lol. It was a comfortable room & very quiet. Close to the beach, pool was clean. Parking was ok.

2 things need attention 1- Bathroom floor needs better cleaning 2- WiFi needs to be updated as the security encryption is old and needs to be fixed. (replace the old modem with a new one)

Looks fully renovated, super cute colourful paint outside, new flooring and kitchenette, comfy beds.

Location to Skaha beach was excellent.

My goodness! I spent two nights at this motel and it is difficult to recommend it, particularly the housekeeping aspect. Late in the afternoon on my first day I popped up to my room to find the room was cleaned but the carpets had not been vacuumed. I had to attend to the office to ask they be vacuumed. Also, housekeeping knocked at my door ten minutes before checkout and basically told me I need to get out of the room. I told her I still had ten minutes and was dealing with a matter on my phone. My room was above the office, but I kept being kicked out of WiFi. I booked the Basic Room but found out from other patrons they paid the same amount and got a room with a kitchenette (stove, sink, etc.) I was not offered such a room at that price.

the property is less then 5 minutes from the beach - cure ice cream shop across the road. they have a nice pool and bbq area. the room was spacious and very clean. even though it was beside the road, with the windows closed there was minimal noise. it was nicely air conditioned throughout our stay with the option to open or shut the vents in the room. wifi was good and they have cable. it had a mini fridge and a microwave in the room along with a coffee maker. free parking on side although it is limited. conscience store and liquor store right next store. check in and out was good - staff were great.

the mattress was comfortable but the bedding and the pillows were not nice - just two sheets and a light foamy throw and two flat pillows - although I did ask for another pillow with no problem the bedding needs an upgrade. the air conditioning unit was extremely loud all night - no option to turn it off - it goes on and off periodically but it was so noisy. Temperature was not hot in the shower and pressure was poor. saying that I would stay here again no problem.

The location was good. nice exterior aesthetic.

waited 10 mins at the check in counter. noise until past midnight; noise rules wasn't enforced.

got the room has kitchen that makes the bathroom super small tiny, if without the kitchen it will be a good size room

We didn’t know there was a breakfast available The room was spotless, beds comfortable, and close to the water

It was noisy as we could hear footsteps and it sounded like banging from one of the walls

The mattress is too soft and uncomfortable. The motel should consider upgrading them.

The location suited our wants and needs. The gazebos on the property were mice as well as the flowers. The room was a good size. Dishes etc were sufficient. The coffee pots too small.

Although on the surface the room looked clean, it wasn't. The floors were dirty, baseboard mouldings covered in dust, kitchen sink needed to be cleaned with something like comet, the bathroom was disgusting. The toilet had brown stains in it, the taps or sink were not clean and the shelf had a layer of dirt on it. We will be thinking long and hard before staying at Travelers again. We have stayed here a few times before and it was never this bad.
