Front desk staff went above and beyond to show us the room ( on the far side of the complex from the office) to be sure it met our requests. Room was very comfortable, nice decor, and was pet and carpet free so no allergies! Dinner at the adjacent restaurant sitting outside by a fireplace ( in Oct) was lovely. Secure car parking was a nice bonus.

Exercise room was small and somewhat cramped. But clean and had windows! Having the pool fenced off for the fall-winter season detracted somewhat from the view, but was understandable.

We had a room with two exits. One to access our vehicle out front in the parking lot and the other, to a cute little outdoor patio facing the courtyard. From there we enjoyed the heated pool and loungers, and hot tub. The only place in town that had their water already in their outdoor pool. Great because it was a super hot day.

A restaurant that served breakfast. Or better yet, breakfast included.

Courteous and friendly check in and check out. The room was certainly spacious, clean and comfortable. I appreciated being around back and having a balcony with an open door to gain fresh air.

The vinyl/laminate floor was a little cool and noisy.

The hotel was lovely and the courtyard was great for families.

Minor issue that the pool heater was broken.

Beautiful property, felt very safe

Very disappointed the pool heater was broken, the pool was the reason I upgraded to walk out /patio room

Enjoyed a facility built quite awhile ago, so room size and bathroom were larger than newer hotels. Everything was up to date and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Rooms were excellent. An added benefit was the attached pub that had excellent staff, food and value for dollar.

Everything was very good and my only comment was that the gate system to park could be much better designed and convenient.
