Hotel LOOKS nice inside and out.

STAFF. I got there on 09/03 at about 11:40pm the Hispanic women checking is in had a bad attitude, looked super annoyed about checking us in. She left my husband standing there handing her his ID so she can find his name since she asked if we had actually booked with them and didn’t acknowledge him till I told her, then all she said was you’re set. I had to ask her a about elevators and which way to go, didn’t even mention if they had breakfast & times, didn’t mention they were also going to charge $15 for parking or that we had to put that yellow paper on the truck. We had to go back down after we read it. Big huge cockroach crawling up the wall when I was about to have breakfast in their dining area, was so gross me and my husband left our food and left. I told staff and they did NOTHING about it. We also found a LOT of trash under our beds. Yes we check under the beds when we get rooms. I will not recommend and will never stay here again.

I called the general manager several times to fix a matter and never received a call back. It was very disappointing.

A lot - 1) House keeping was not done on daily , it came to my room on the 4th day ... 2) the reception too slow always a long Q . 3) breakfast is bad. , not allow to take a cup of coffee at the restaurant even we are late and miss the breakfast time . 4) Car park charge at US$15 per night - no hotel did check for the parking ,,,

Breakfast and happy hour plus pool hours, had cart to bring in stuff from car. Also brought towels and room service very quickly upon request.

I ask for drink cards 15 minutes before over and front desk said it was too late. I sould be able to receive the tickets even if only 5 minutes before its over, I thought that was rude.

I enjoyed my room and the fact that the pool was open until midnight. Overall I enjoyed my stay, and also the option to checkout late.

I’m a cleaner so seeing a lot of high touch places not properly cleaned was a turn off. My toilet kept making noises! I can tell they did a rush job on cleaning and not thinking about the germs and diseases floating around. Not to mention I didn’t have any face towels or floor towel in my room. Only two big ones and one medium one.

Front lobby was dirty,halls smelled of Dog Urine,outside appearance was poor,no signs of vacuuming in lobby or hallways.Elevators were filthy!

The food was cold it's not in a real breakfast and something tastes like it was stuff for microwave stuff that you warm up it wasn't worth all that money that I paid breakfast was lousy it was cold and the swimming pool area was dirty I couldn't even enjoy a nice swim there's too many kids in there I too loud

The best thing about this hotel since new management/renovations is that everything is still clean.

The breakfast here use to be buffet style and self serve plus the omelets station. There was no limits to how you ate. Now you have a ticket for 1 time use and everything is served. One line for omelets and another line for the rest of the hot breakfast. Horrible decision! They should organize this better and they just won’t keep the towels stocked in the pool.

Everything was beautiful. We loved the Lobby, pool, breakfast and happy hour. The newly remodeled room was wonderful. We loved the beds as well. We will be returning.

The Bathroom in the room was quite snug and there was significant water damage on the door.

Staff was wonderful. Centrally located for my needs. Breakfast was not only included, but really good, staff was exceptional.

Costs and structure were not clear in booking (i.e. parking, deposit hold). There could've been more clarity prior to booking. Asked to have a charge put on a card, it was charged to the room, even though it was signed as if it was a credit. I have to call and make sure I wasn't charged twice. It's a bit tedious not living near hotel.
