there was some tenants that wouldn’t stop fighting since I checked in it was horrible I stayed for 5 hrs till I went somewhere else. I asked for a refund but the night person said no way

Shower curtains doesn’t have a plastic curtain and all the water comes out

Hair was coming out of the Jacuzzi, after a while and the towel were dirty

convenient location close to an event I would be attending. the room was ok. Could be better but fine for a one night stay.

beds were very uncomfortable and stiff. walls were not clean and liners had 2 stains. They could use some upgrades and better work on the rooms/

I was thankful with the staff friendliness and sense of urgency to address my concerns. Spacious room (jacuzzi is big) Iron /iron board included very helpful to me Clean room AC works Microwave works The bed was great/sturdy, tall and spacious Good location close to shops and restaurants Electric outlets include USB ports

Elevator does NOT work ( it was very challenging as we were on the second floor and were carrying huge suitcases) admin is aware and said that if you are lucky it works 40% of the time Internet service poor , connection drops frequently The phone inside your room is a prop doesn’t work-they are aware of it There is no place to hang clothes at all The towels are like sand paper Noisy as it faces a busy street and they are remodeling the adjacent building. The toilet flushes too loud (airplane sound flush) Timer of the jacuzzi doesn’t work properly Lights on top of the jacuzzi flickering very annoying Refrigerator was leaking at the time of arrival -the tray was full of water. The walkways have water damage the floor is pealing off

beds are really comfortable and the room was clean. the bed frames light up which is nice and convenient and the mirror is nice as well.

lobby staff weren’t too friendly.

We liked that they actually had smoking rooms available.

That the smoking rooms were on the third floor and the elevator didn't work. Stayed in that room one night and then moved down to a non smoking room. Non smoking room had ants in the bathroom.
