A/c didn’t work. Didn’t help out because all rooms were filled so we were forced to stay or get our money back only to find another hotel the day of. We slept with our window open.

Front desk was rude and didn’t let me check in

The front desk person was friendly and tried to be helpful. In the morning, there was coffee and 2 juices.

The guests in the room above us made lots of noise (jumping, dropping things, running) until 12:45am! The front desk person tried to resolve it, but the noise didn't stop until then. The breakfast consisted of the beverages (above) and the only "food" option was a packaged sweet pastry, not anything remotely healthy.

The costumer service was horrible , break fast horrible , cleaning was bad they clean the room every other day and some blankets was dirty when we get the room for first time! Bad place for good location ..

The breakfast was grab and go, pastry and coffee. The room was beautiful, recently redone. The bed was so comfortable, a pillow topped king size bed. They had two chairs plus a desk with a desk chair. The room had a small refrigerator, microwave, and a safe. The vanity had a granite top. The bathroom had been redone, very clean. Also, had a coffee pot, and complimentary coffee and creamer and sugar. The room was quiet, even though it was off a busy street. They also had a large screen LG TV. They had reading lamps by the bed, and special plugins for your phone, iPad or watch. It is walking distance to Stonewood Mall and many restaurants. Location was great for our event, and would definitely stay there again.

Lighting could have been a little better, but I am a senior citizen so I may like it brighter than some. The bed is high, I needed my husband to give me a hand getting in bed. Lol! The bed was so comfortable I slept through the night.They
