I was surprised that they have smoking rooms as an option. I am a light smoker. I think I smoked about two cigarettes that night. It wouldn't have made a difference had it been a non-smoking room but having the freedom of choice to light a smoke, without a penalty, when you feel like it was a huge bonus.

While the place was very well maintained and clean, it appeared to be an older property, therefore probably did not have modern odor control equipment, leaving some stale smoke odor in the room, although it wasn't a huge deal. I have stayed at more modern hotels with smoking rooms and didn't get any stale smoke odor despite being a smoking room, which I believe is due to the more advanced air filtration systems.

The cleanliness of the bath/shower, the elevator was quite dirty and damaged. There were some questionable individuals who had to have the police called in them.

The hotel should be condemned it is in very poor quality I’ve been in a homeless shelter this cleaner room was not clean it was disgusting booking.com should be embarrassed to have them on their list at all you guys really dropped the ball here

It was a scary place with people up all hours causing problems. Drug deals drunks and large intimidating groups of people. We had to leave after an hour out of fear for our life's and property.

Unclean bed sheets stained with body fluid, body hair from previous, sheets not changed. Fridge didn't work. window-mounted air-condition unit was loud like a locomotive engine. Bathtub and shower curtain was dirty with soapy scum. No room service.

Very friendly staff

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean

The AC was broken and the rooms were dated as well the faucet for the shower was broken and rigged temporarily to work instead of being fixed, poor maintenance all around

Everything, from customer service to at least cleaning the facility, gosh everything was horrible.
