Me encanto la opción de dejar nuestras maletas y que nos informaron que nos adelantarían la entrega de la habitación, Aurora nos dio una excelente atención y nos ofreció a nuestra salida la opción de quedarnos en la piscina y esperar que el taxi nos recogiera.

Que al momento de ir a recoger un jugó después del desayuno lo recogieron muy rápido y no nos informaron si porque riamos algo más, antes de cerrar las puertas.

The staff was super accomodating and went above and beyond. Shawn (Sean) was amazing, really good guy!

The last night we stayed our toiled wasn't flushing. They sent someone to fix it but the repair didn't solve the issue. They offered to move our room but it wasn't an issue.

The staff was really great. Special call out to Calvin and Aurora for going above and beyond to make it a special weekend for my family. Facility and location is great and breakfast is also good.

Check in process - I requested and confirmed I was staying next to the bridal party. Then they moved things around and I was no longer on the same floor. There was no glass cups so we had to drink out of paper cups. My room was cleaned in between nights even though the policy was every two nights, so I was not expecting someone to be in my room without warning. Breakfast was disappointing. They tried to increase the price to the daily rate versus the pre booked rate

staff - front desk and breakfast staff were excellent. housekeeping was also good although we did not have extended conversations with them.

Best thing about the free breakfast was the make them yourself waffles. Worst thing was that there was only one working waffle maker. The other one was offline. Since waffles were the most popular item there should have been 2 working waffle makers.
