The staff were very helpful & answered any questions we may have asked. The rooms are large & smelled good! Clean.

The thing I didn't like was there was no knock for room service & when we left the beds were not made. I wasn't informed we had to ask for it! Also the pillows were very uncomfortable & oddly small.

Breakfast food was delicious, location was perfect. Appreciated the suite room to accommodate our party of 5. The room was ready a little early, so we were able to check in when we were ready rather than waiting until 4.

Firstly, there were only 3 towels in the room when we arrived, but we were clear in our reservation that there were 5 of us. I tried calling the front desk and hotel operator multiple times, but got a busy signal or it just kept ringing. I went down to request more towels and was told they’d get them as soon as possible. Was able to at least bathe the children before they went in the pool. At the pool there were no towels left. My husband went down to request more, and was told they’d bring some as soon as possible. We were in the pool for 45 minutes and no towels came. We had to walk sopping wet back to our room, where our other requested towels never arrived, so we had to use our wet bath towels to dry off. We then went out to explore and got back at around 10:30 to find that there were no sheets for the pull out couch my daughter was going to sleep on and still no towels. I went back down to the lobby, where the front desk person went to get towels and bedding. He then handed me a huge pile of linens that I had to carry back to my room. We spent nearly $400 on this one night stay, and did not feel it was remotely worth the cost. The carpet in our room had sticky spots, the hallway floors were clearly unvacuumed and had turned over coffee cups sitting outside rooms for the entirety of our stay, the bathroom pipe in our room was dripping and creating a moldy mess on the shelf where our towels were kept. Also, the toilet paper was wet when we arrived and the valet system was a complete, confusing mess.

The furniture in the hotel dirty and sticky, on our floor the air conditioner didn’t work, our floor didn’t have nice smell, came to the room they didn’t have hair amenities so we asked about hair conditioner, shampoo twice and no one changed anything.

Breakfast the line forever long standing in the hallway, no matter what time, very very limited seating, there a line for waffles, omelets, the spacing for breakfast way too small, can’t carry the capacity of people of the hotel, and people having to sit in the lobby to have breakfast

The beautiful picture windows in the Executive King Suite! It was amazing!

The shower head needs updated to a newer one because the water just slowly came out. There wasn’t any stores close by to walk and shop. It just wasn’t much there to do.

Very clean and staff was super friendly. Loved the entire experience. Breakfast setup is better than expected.

Receptiepersoneel. Om een foutje recht te zetten duurde het inchecken meer dan een uur. Enkele receptionisten waren uiterst incompetent en assertief. “Manager on duty” (naam aan wand) was volgens een van hen al vertrokken (“vergeten naam te verwijderen “) en er zou geen andere manager aanwezig zijn. Om het weer goed te maken werden we gesust met snoepgoed.

Room was spacious with all facilities. Location is great. Complimentary breakfast was awesome!

No on-site parking available. Only valet parking for a charge of 12USD per night.
