unclean bathroom, gross breakfast, the bed is rock solid, charged a pet fee I was told was waived.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was beautifully decorated.

The hot tub was out of service

There was a girls middle school basketball team at the facility that did nothing but run through the halls yelling and slamming doors. Up and down the stairs and elevator all night long. (My room was by the stairs.) Not the hotels fault but it should have been controlled better. This was for 2 nights straight.

Hampton Inn is our lodging of choice. Always happy, usually. Our room was small. The bathroom extremely small with a toilet so low we practically sat on the floor. The beds were not at comfortable as any we have had recently. There wasn't a comfortable chair in the room. After sitting in a car all day, a nice chair is appreciated. Just not up to the usual Hampton Inn, we know and love. We realize prices have gone up on all places, but this one fell short.

The pool and hotel room were clean. The room was ready on time. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Noise A group of guys were talking and carrying on right outside the window. We also heard music from the lobby all night.

Filthy hotel and room

Staff welcoming and friendly. Clean rooms. Good breakfasts. LOVED gabbing coffee available at all hours and it was brewed well

Parking lot not well lit in all places. Hence, 2 cars broken into and baseball gear taken.
