The pillows were decent.

The yogurt was expired. The bathroom in our room was not clean, the floor was sticky. The hand towels at the sink had obviously not been changed before our stay. My biggest issue was when I asked for a later check out time. I was told I would be charged for an additional half day. $56.00! I then inquired how much just one extra hour would be, and was told $20.00. This is preposterous. Any decent hotel would extend your checkout for a few hours for no charge, especially after staying two nights mid week. Severely disappointed. Oh and the hot tub jets were broken.

they had flipped the beds upside down to wear. It felt like you were sleeping on the bottom of the mattresses.

Everything was good and it was as good or better than any continental breakfast that I've ever had And the front desk employee was friendly , courteous , and very competent thank you and I will use your services again

The refrigerator and heating unit made quite a lot of noise , but they all make noises
