Pricing, unable to change rooms to what your advertised for two queen beds. There was a pullout bed and queen bed. Not what you advertised. Everything was blamed on “3rd party booking”. Bad! Will never book through Bookings again and I am a travel professional. Poor customer service.

Stopped up restroom. Could not be fixed over the weekend. ?????????? Dirty pool that was not been cleaned

Location- that as very important to us. We liked that the rooms had kitchens but it was hard to get into the refrig due to the tight fit next to the wall. Breakfast was ok but would have liked more choices We saw they had a pool- a big plus for summer months Very close to a Wal-Mart for those groc needs.

Central A/C was down- portable window unit with hoses out the window was in the room...room was a bit warm. Kitchen was too small- refrig door would barely open up due to space it was wedged into -wall was too close and door couldn't open wide. Kitchen area is very important... Didn't care for the additional cost for parking Bathroom needs vents put in to help with air circulation- Not enough bath towels No lotion in sink area Sheets and pillows had a dirty smell to them and we weren't happy about the smell- the hotel needs to make sure that all linens are clean and fresh smelling

The Gym had everything I needed to workout

They only had one elevator working. We had to walk a long ways to get to our room. The king bedroom suites floor was sticky and dirty. We had to wipe our kids feet every so often because they were black. They also charged me $12.00 for parking when it wasn’t a garage parking lot. It’s a regular parking lot for guests. But they charge $12.00 for parking. Ridiculous

Facility poorly located versus local attractions with difficult road entrance/exit, facility smelly and rundown, room was small, smelly (strongly of old baby formula) , rundown and very poorly designed (significant relocation of other furniture needed in order to use foldout couch bed). Design made it feel like it used to be a standard hotel room before adding a wall to make a suite.
