i was charged through them and booking.com, the showers werent cleaned properly, had to pay for parking in the hotels parking lot.

Price/Stay flexibility

The hot tub and pool were dirty and you could not turn the keys on the hot tub on without calling the front desk every time. the walls were thin and you could hear other rooms flushing the toilet and showering. There was no complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was a whopping $15 and $3 if you even wanted a muffin! The lounge chairs by the pool were broken and couldn’t be adjusted or sit up. the staff was not too friendly. No shuttle to anything to be near airport so it was a total poor choice.

Old and dirty. Room was not clean. Dirty tub and dirty phone as well as the floor.

Location

A neighbor was noisy and I could not sleep, the blackout curtain did not shut completely. Therefore, a lot of light was coming through, which hindered my sleep once again, the refrigerator froze my fruit and I had to pay for parking.

The gentleman at the front desk by the name of Terrance was awesome very professional and knowledgeable of the area. The Breakfast was very good 👍

The hotel was an average comfortable hotel at a reasonable price very close to meetings I wanted to attend. I would use it again in future. The only discomfort was their pending charges for the dinner I had on the first night. They charged me twice once for the actual price and the other showing pending for the exact same price. I raised it with their restaurant and their reception but they told me the pending would clear when I leave. They couldn't explain why that had happened. It's been one week passed but the pending amount still shows active in my bank account!

The property was near

I enjoyed the location of where the property was located.

They did not have toilet paper, we had to go out and supply our own, 1 of the towels had pubic hair on it and no fresh towels were available to be given in its place, they tried to charge my guest (who was included in my booking) $109/night for parking and when I went to the front desk they gave me a code for free parking “for the miscommunication” and then they tried to charge one of the free days on my final bill. The staff in the evening/night wouldn’t look up from their computer to acknowledge our concerns. We spend hundreds of dollars to stay at places like these. It would be nice to at least not be treated like an inconvenience when there is an issue the hotel could have prevented in the first place. Being busy is a poor excuse for bad customer service.

Parking sucked and staff didn’t help at all. Guest should get free parking and two cars we paid an extra $200 for a car that paid for their ro.

staff was nice

upon arrival the keys they gave us didn’t work so we were moved to another room. the carpet was dirty in the hallways and in the room. The side of the mattress cover was souled/ the Bathroom was dirty on the walls in the corners and some sticky stuff on the bottom of the tub as if they ripped up something but didn’t not clean it up completely.

it was perfect r for what I needed. clean and tidy. great location.

the pool area was a bit sad
