This is a great value hotel. The beds were so comfortable. Hot water was plentiful. The room was a good size. The customer service at the front desk was AWESOME! Very quick to solve any issues. The breakfast is one of the best. No bacon, though!

The first room given to us was not clean! The receptionist had to come up for herself to see it, and then she very quickly removed us from that room to another room. I forgot her name, but she's great!

Great room, did not explore all facilities. Friendly staff.

The breakfast was very good. We wished they had bacon still.

The room smelled like wet dog. They need to replace the carpeting with different flooring next to the bed. The pool was dirty. No hot tub.

They were not prepared because a lot of people were going on a cruise. Need more employees working the breakfast bar. Also, need more food.

The hotel staff could not figure out how to assign a room. She took my card for incidentals and billed my card for a room. However, we never stayed. She went back and forth with two different representatives from Booking.com, and everything was fine on their end. She barely understood how to work On Queue and my girlfriend, a previous Hampton employee, ended up trying to walk her through it. We canceled my reservation and proceeded with starting a walk in through my girlfriend, after an hour and a half of failure with my reservation. The rep kept saying that it was such a long night for her and couldn't figure out how to assign a room. Finally, we had to just sleep in our car in the parking lot as it was now after 3 AM. The clerk didn't seem bothered.

My daughter got bed bugs from our stay

Visiting daughter at JU made this excellent location with walking distance to restaurants and quick highway access

ice maker on 5th floor was down and the A/C on the 5th floor hall was not working (but sure its fixed now) **most important our room was cool and comfortable.
