Had to clean the room when we arrived. There was freshly cut hair in the sink and what appeared to be smeared feces on the door jam and toilet. DISGUSTING

The location was excellent. The pool was great. The air conditioner was great.

There were no toiletries, no towels, no sheet on the couch bed, etc. The refrigerator leaked water and was not very cold. The TV did not work well. The manager was hardly ever in the office. We saw rats on the grounds.

We were expecting a ‘studio’. We initially got a room that was decent, in need of repairs and updates, but decent. When we did an initial walk through, the tub had standing water. The man at the office put us in a different room that was much smaller. This room was awful. The front door had big gaps. Paneling was popping off the walls, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the shower was disgusting, looked like it had never been cleaned, with a barely trickling shower head-due to the mineral build up, that would randomly fly off on to you as you were showering, the drain had no cover, was a gaping hole. If you didn’t close the door -as much as it would close- the entire room would heat up. Once you open the bathroom door, it was steamy hot in the bathroom. Sheets were stained and smelled. -we slept with sleeping bags that we brought with us- The towels were stained and smelled. The furniture is ‘worn’ at best, missing knobs, and looked like something you’d find on the curb. The bed frame was nothing more than a platform, allowing the mattress to shift if you sat on it. The nicest thing in the room was the new toilet. The entire property looked like the Chicago slums. Not taken care of at all. The surrounding fence was missing pickets and looked as if it had been there for 50+ years. The exterior steps were crumbling and looked like a safety hazard. The trash cans were constantly overflowing and trash was everywhere. Property obviously has more than a few permanent residents, of shady character. Was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

We had to check out the same day Friday May 20th due to roaches I was travelling with my 87 year old mom who has multiple myeloma and was not gonna have her stay there.

There were roaches in the sofa bed that started coming out when we sat down I went to the front desk He said they were love bugs but I am from Florida and I know the diff4 between a roach and a love bug he checked me out that same Friday May 20th and said He Would not charge me for Saturday May 21st so now How do I get My refund Technically we didnt stay at all both days

The pool wasn’t crowded.

The room was in disrepair, the floor dirty and the bathroom door didn’t shut. The hotel property was dirty and in disrepair with litter lying around, broken fence and chairs at pool. Very loud bar nearby that could be heard until between 1-2 am.

There was no TV in the bathroom.

Room was not ready when we checked in,but it was very clean. The pool was really nice. The owner that checked us in was also very nice. The location can not be beat.

Loved the pool. Location is fine. Have stayed in past but doubtful again.

The tub kept clogging from day one. Not enough clean towels and not enough dishes ir silverware to eat with. No kitchen towels. Floors were not clean. Air conditioner did not cool properly or remove dampness.

The rooms have stove but not connected we ask it’s possible connect the stove never they said yes but comeback to connected. Rooms smell terrible like cigarettes.

We had booked a room last minute, the deal honestly seemed to good to be true since it was located on clearwater beach. When we arrived, the nice gentleman at the front was very helpful, he had upgraded us to the Queen suite- which had a bedroom, full bathroom, large living area with a sofa bed. There was also a refrigerator in the room, which was nice to have. The pool was right next to us, we didn't get a chance to get in the pool. Parking was also great, free! There's also a Starbucks right across the street.

There was no microwave in the room.

For the price it not worth it the ad tells and shows you something totally different. There was no sofa bed like I paid for and the rooms are very ran down they need to revamp their ads for the place I will never recommend this place to no one
