Paper and plastic cups, cutlery, plates. I like wine glasses and real plates and cutlery to dine with.

In exchange for the pet fee, could we please get a room on ground floor? It was a pain to walk the dog downstairs in the middle of the night. Thanks!

It was convenient in that we were canoeing in the Barron Canyon the next day. It was very easy to move all of our luggage in. The room was a good size. There was a descent size workout area where there were free weights and working machines. Very convenient to have a fridge and microwave. Tasty breakfast was included with a good variety. Nearby restaurants. Staff were informative and accommodating.
Missing a hot tub. Few channel selection in workout room.

EVERYTHING! The first impression was breathtaking. I am on day 18 of a 30-day, 6000-mile adventure, and this is the ear hotel I’ve stayed in so far. The breakfast was outstanding …so any different offerings.

Great location that was not near any busy roads. Breakfast was great! loved the Dove brand shower supplies. Very clean.
Being a light sleeper, I found the fan on the heater vent noisy and kept waking me up.

the free breakfast that had many options available. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever had. I loved the fact that there was one soft and one firm pillow. I am also pleased with the attention to detail in terms of the towels. When I travel with my family of 5 we usually only get 3 towels in the room and hve to call front desk for a 4th towel. Upon arrival
it was nice to see they gave us 4 towels. The close proximity to the snowmobile trail was a bonus as well.

Breakfast and room were good
Elevator and hallways very dirty. Chocolate milk spilled in elevator on Saturday and still not cleaned up on Sunday. Hallways full of garbage from hockey team for two days.
Hockey team was allowed by very uninterested staff to party late into the night, leave garbage in the hallways and injure themselves with disgusting displays of horseplay on the pool deck.
If you allow a team to reserve the pool for 2 hours at a prime time do not forget all of the other patrons who asked about the pool and given no information related to this 'event'.
This is one of the most expensive hotels in the area and we were felt like we were in a cheap, 2 star motel.
Your staff was less than interested in responding to any concern.
Very poor response...take responsibility for your hotel and it's guests. You had dozens of 'non-hockey team' guests that night. I coached in these situations and expected better from the parents and the hotel...will not be back!
