Location was great, door of dog was not Goodson if you do not travel with pets get another place to stay

For October month the heat could have been turned on before guest arrive and perhaps the dog odour would not have been as noticeable

The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. It was very comfortable.

The restaurant was closed and I was hoping to not have to leave the hotel to get meals. The TV did not offer enough channels that did not have to be paid for. I would have preferred to have some actual creamers in the fridge for the coffee.

Front desk staff amazing. Breakfast staff very friendly. Continental breakfast well organized with lots of variety.

Mattresses are very soft. In unit HVAC made a horrible noise - sounded like the fan was hitting something. Plumbing made noises when showering. Overall the property is tired.

I booked a queen size bed, but it was a double. I am disabled and need the space to sleep with my brace but could not. I booked because your site site said it was accessible, but it was not. I had to walk up stairs to get to our room. The final reason we booked there was because of the restaurant and room service. The restaurant is no longer there and has not been for years. I could not shower the one day because my towel was fifthly and covered in what I hope was toothpaste.... and the continental breakfast was the worst I've ever had... and the pool was closed every time I went to use it. but again, the staff was lovely.

Pam the person at the front desk was horrible.

The location was perfect, across the street is a community centre with splash pad for kids, mini golf, soccer and baseball fields. there was a food truck, Dairy Queen , Tim's,Boston Pizza, Kelseys all within walking distance. Loveed it will book again.

The room was very spacious, with a great and comfortable bed. The hotel itself was just right as well, decent location with restaurant nearby, free parking and looked decent as well

breakfast had been advertised from 7 - 10 with checkout at 11 but it was from 6 - 9 so a lot of waste of time between breakfast and checkout. Thereby breakfast was only muffins (which where empty) and waffles, so not a great way to start the day.

Clean room and comfortable beds after a long drive. Friendly and very helpful staff. Room has everything you could want.

The bathroom fan did not work but that also occurred at another hotel we stayed at as well during our trip. There were three of us and we had to ask for additional towels and a paper cup as the room had only two of each. Not really a problem as the very friendly staff provided these when asked. Unfortunately the adjoining room had children who were noisy.
