The bed and pillows were very comfortable and nice. Location the stadium was great and loved having the shuttle to drop us off and pick us up at the airport and concert.

Refrigerator was small and didn't get cool. Water was very slow to drain from the tub. Water pressure in the shower was poor. Bathroom door definitely needed to be replaced. It looked dirty and was coming apart at the bottom. Need to provide free breakfast and coffee for guest as the Best Western does.

Everything, the friendly and helpful staff, the large clean room with comfortable bed and linen. The shuttle service to Tampa airport. I couldn't switch off my A/C, maintenance showed up within minutes and fixed the problem immediately.

The prices are a bit high compared to where I live which is Dubai (considered expensive usualy). Room service even with small restricted menu would be nice.

it was very clean and the people working at this Hilton were absolutely great and very friendly. they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I had been a Diamond member for years and now, since I retired I am down to basics but they treated me the same way as if I was a Diamond member. That says a lot about their level of customer service. Excellent. please keep it up.
