The convenience of being around everything, being at the beach

This condominium didn't match the price. Very outdated, kitchen was very small, master bathroom was very small, furniture looked like it should've been replaced 10 years ago. Between stains and the pillows being flat. I am very disappointed and I have been coming for the last 3 years and this was by far the worst and the most expensive. Definitely don't feel I got my monies worth at South Hampton. When I got to the room, I called the service desk, and they weren't able to adjust the bill because I booked through Booking.com and had nothing else to offer me equivalent to what I purchased. So we had to make the best out of the situation because there was no refund. When I booked, if I knew this is what I was getting, I would've canceled while I still had the chance to get all my money back. There's sooo much more that I could say about this stay. You guys just need to do better. I work hard for my money, and we don't always get to take family vacations for one reason or another, and to see my hard earned money spent on trash pisses me off to the max. The more I think about it, the more upset I get. So I'm going to get off here because I'm done. It may be comfortable for some but not me. The whole atmosphere gives you cheap motel vibes. Giving you a freaking shopping cart for your belongings to get to your room. It's absolutely ridiculous. I have never 🙄

My room had all the accommodations you dream about on a vacation. The parking was safe and close. The surrounding area had all the activities for families, singles, and couples. The access to the pools and beach was easy. The scenic view from my balcony was stunning.

Everything I love this property sooo much we will definitely return like we always do, we reserved a villa and it was AMAZING!!

The supervisor at the end of the stay . She was extremely rude to us when we were just a few mins late for check out . She came banging on the door .

The villa was old there was roaches and you could hear everything someone done upstairs. Had to call management at 10:30 at night because of the noise and we had small children in our group trying to sleep

Nothing..it was a mess! the stay was terrible...doors broken...spider webs..could barely see...broken TV...in the room used for the hot water was full of old paint cans..and other junk..talking and walking in front of the door..late at night...did not feel safe...broken sliding glass door in front living area.
