Location

I had to move to a different room. Due to the uncleanliness of the room. Looked like mold was on the bed skirt. Walls, floors, & the air conditioner was filthy. The receptionist tried to get an attitude. The second room was better than the first but woke up after about an 2 hours sweating because the air conditioner was blowing out hot air. At this point I can’t take it anymore. Because of how rude the receptionist was with the first room. I go to ask for a refund because this is just isn’t working for me. I have called to speak to a manager 3x today to ensure my refund. He’s not there. I ask for corporates number, the receptionist doesn’t know it. I have photos.

Price was good for an overnight stay.

Location was vague for a non local person. Lighting outside at dark was fair.

Smoke alarm in room kept going off, as if the battery needed to be replaced.

Noise Cleanliness Room facilities

This place is ducked off on a dead end rd. One way in one way out, bearly lite area. Some cars looked like somebody trying to work on them. Some people windows were broken. All I saw my entire stay were men men men. Walking around past my room and standing out til I fell asleep at 1am. Even then you could hear them talking near the door. At check in, the ambassador seem to be just waking up from a good sleep and kept it dark in the lobby. My first time ever visiting Greenville, and she made me feel bad for wanting to check in a little early. at this point, I (WOULD NOT) recommend anyone make this place a quick stop in between trips. And I feel I should have asked for that extra $10 dollars back, because I cut myself on the light switch and the heat didn't work either. Room 128 down stairs. You will have a better layout at the bates motel.

The room was big. The bed was comfortable. Most of the staff was very friendly.

The location, there nothing around here if you don't have a car, you don't eat or drink, the staff is rude as hell. I got put out I was charged 120 for a deposit and they only wanted to refund 100 I'm not satisfied at all. I live in another state and I am pretty much stuck outside this hotel trying to find a ride somewhere
