There was no available parking. Finally someone left and I took the parking space. I got my backpack and bag and walked to the office. It was dark and had a sign on the door that read, check-in was at a different motel a block or so north. It was dark, not well lit for walking and uneven sidewalks. I am 77 years old and a little wobbly walking. I did not want to give up my parking space. I just wanted to get to my room and use the restroom. I called the number on the note on the door. The receptionist was not helpful. The hotel should have made it clear that check-in was not actually at the hotel when I made the reservation! This was very upsetting!

The location in PB was incredible and it was as to be expected for the price.

Climate control: The windows did not work great, neither did the fan or AC. Didn’t keep us from enjoying the fresh sea air.

Super close to the beach, 30 minute walk from Belmont park, beautiful view, and was a clean nice room.

The location was great by the beach.

There are only a few parking spots. I was unable to park near the hotel. I see the other two locations are the same. I would recommend getting more designated spot for the hotel.

The staff at the check in hotel was amazing and so friendly. The location of the motel is right next to the beach.

There is no front desk so you have to walk to another motel first to check in and then walk back. People on drugs sleeping outside the motel right by our window. The drain in the shower smelled bad. There was tape around the shower head keeping it in place. The main door going into the room was rotting at the bottom and there was a huge hole in the wall in the bathroom.
