Comfortable room. Handheld shower.

Breakfast buffet was chaotic.

Breakfast was good and a nice variety to choose from whether you wanted a hot breakfast or just cereal or bagel.

There was no small table with 2 chairs to sit at in room. Mattress wasn't very comfortable. We were pleased with them accommodating our request for a first floor room.

The location to Busch gardens was excellent. That's why I chose this cell. For the most part. The room was clean when we first got there.

There were multiple problems while I was there. The key stopped working on the second day. Had to be replaced. I rented 2 rooms for 2 nights. I complain at the end of the 1st day because nobody serves our room. It didn't take out the trash that didn't change the towels, and there was no marking on the door that said Do Not Disturb. I checked with the desk, and they said that the room was done , and i was very disappointed. The security door coming from the parking lot was broken. And we had to report it and also the door coming into the pool. Did not have a key kit card, and it was just open for people to walk. In. Security was not very good. Finally, the pool ladder was broken and I had my foot on it very close to getting cut. I reported that as well. Seems maintenance. Doesn't do such a good job. I think there should be some sort of reimbursement for no room service and all the money spent for 2 rooms for 2 days. Please consider some reimbursement.

Location was great, clean and updated

The AC in our room kept shutting off and restarting every few minutes. The room wouldn’t go below 71 no matter what setting.

Upon c/I witnessed front desk clerk and hotel guest in a heated argument. Didn't know if it would get physical and violent. Just that bad. No apologize was offered from hotel staff.

I did not like the fact that a dog was barking at 2am And the beds were very firm .My husband had back aches the whole stay .

Location was great. Close to all places we wanted to go.
