Very nice breakfast. The hotel manager was EXTREMELY helpful when I lost the key to my rental car. That was greatly appreciated!

The rooms/doors were obviously not soundproof with a very loud female letting everyone know how “excited” she was for her stay.

Love all the white sheets and covers but found lots of hair on the bed that were supposedly just clean before our arrival

My family was quite disappointed about this stay! And this was the first time, we were all in accordance in not staying with Comfort inn in Williamsburg if we ever had to go back.

Staff support could have been better and all the fees required for your stay. There is 126$ deposit and a 50$ safety deposit aside the room payment.

Staff very thoughtful. Gm saw that I came in late and told the cleaning crew do not disturb for me. Also very clean! Which is why I choose the hotel in the first place!

More plush towels

Check- in and check-out was easy. However, we arrived an hour earlier than check-in time if 3pm and was told we could our room would be ready in half an hour without additional fees. When we returned at 2:30, another person told us we had to wait until 3 and he would notify us when to return. Upon check-out several days later, we observed another person checking in at 9am

Breakfast could have had a greater variety

While not walking distance into the historic Williamsburg site it is very central for touring the entire area Yorktown to Jamestown. The room was fine, with good size bed and bathroom, but there is a wide gap under the door which lets in light, nothing a towel can't block out. Breakfast is the usual chain motor inn deal. Plenty of ease access parking.

We booked this hotel literally a few hours prior to arriving just for 1 night because we were staying for a week nearby, checking in the day after our stay here. The Comfort Inn is a nicely refurbished hotel & with clean rooms. Both of my kids (ages 11 & 9) were super impressed and said, "this place is bussin!".) LOL. I would absolutely stay another night when visiting the area again! We liked the breakfast a lot! My daughter especially loved the waffle machine that made 4 mini waffles!

Our check in was late - 11:15pm. The check in process was a little slow because they had tech issues with the computer. Once that was straightened out, everything was perfect! Our room was right next to the ice maker, so that was a little noisy but overall, it was rather quiet.

The bed was hard and squeaky, the room was not very clean(fingerprints and hair on bed), no towels by the pool.

Spoke with staff on 6.7 and 6.8 to dispute travel due to code red air quality. They were no help at all. I have stayed at this property before, seem to be pleasant if you comply, but unhelpful if you need something that they don't want to do

Everything was great!

They crossed all the parking spaces for paving. We had to park in the back. It was an inconvience.

The room was clean and the service was great. I have no complaints about the stay at comfort in. The manager helped us at the front desk and was very hospitable. The room was put together well and the large screen TV was great.

Everything was great and really not much to complain about. The only possible thing I could think of to complain about was the internet service was kind of slow.
