the location was perfect as I was attending a day-long seminar at a nearby location. I was able to keep my car in the hotel's parking area until I finished my seminar at 5 PM on the day I checked out.

It usually feels like small refrigerators in hotel rooms do not seem very cold. I hesitated to save any food in refrigerator overnight for this reason. I do not think there was any grounds area around the hotel where one might relax outside. Pretty much one only had the hotel room to relax in. I was only there for one night, so that was okay and I had booked my room the morning of my stay as well.

Couldn’t find parking

Not hotel for handicap people. parking was deep underground. Had to back up to let a car come out of parking garage. No way for person in Wheelchair to get out of the car. Room was not for handicapped person. Room smelled of mold carpet were dirty. Parking Garage not safe for women alone with Handicap husband.

Walking distance to the event we were attending. Room was clean and a good size for just sleeping and leaving, not too small.

Limited parking garage with tiny parking spots. Not that they can do much about this, but our small compact car barely fit. Glad we didn't bring the van as I saw no warning of this when booking. Wall paper could use some repairs/updating in common areas, but not a huge deal.

The TV channels were difficult to find.

Well the location is great across UCDavis but we had to complained about the room because I booked it to have 2 queen beds and they gave us 1 king bed. Eva was a great help trying to fixed the issues. Eva called their IT to find out if the booking.com made a mistake but we found out that Amy the Owner changed our room to king room. We end up getting an upgrade for free to suite, 2 queen bed other than that the location is great and the breakfast was ok.

Easy, convenient, safe access to UC Davis Medical Center directly across the street. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and had added benefit of microwave and refrigerator. Balcony was also a nice addition to the room.

A little expensive but again, offset because of access to UC Davis Medical Center. Parking is near difficult in the underground garage as it is single lane and on an extremely tight corner.

The carpets need to be refreshed. The shower water pressure was on the low side I did not like the fact that when you wanted milk for your cereal you had to use a regular gallon jug opposed to individual servings of milk

The room was nice, the staff was mostly okay. I had a good conversation with the manager about my difficulties (see below).

The parking is insufficient for the number of rooms, around 40 or so. There are only ten parking spaces in the basement. I was working a concert and got back to the hotel after midnight. There was no parking in the basement. There is no on street parking for about two blocks. I parked in the lot next door and asked the night clerk if there were any consequences, like ticketing or towing. She didn't or did she offer me any alternatives. I went to check my car at 7am and found a $64.00 ticket on the windshield. I spoke to the manager later and he apologized and said he would speak to the night clerk. His suggestion is that I could have gone across the street and paid to park in the hospital lot. It would have been cheaper than the ticket. It is not likely I will be staying here again or using booking dot com. I can get better rates on the. AT&T Retiree web site.
