Breakfast was awesome. Valet service was amazing. Robert who checked us in was so sweet and helpful. He was very welcoming.

The location

The room smell like a dog, and it was not clean too well. The comforter were wrinkled and there was someone’s hair in the shower. The carpet needs to be cleaned to get the dog smell out

We love the live music and cocktails the river view is our favorite

Last 2 times our breakfast was not good for what they charge for it Eggs were cold it was all off

Shortage of face towels

The view from the room was fabulous. Woke to beautiful sun rises and view of the Mississippi river.

Room service(maid service),had to ask that our room be cleaned and when it was sheets weren't changed but bed was re-made.

The property was in a great location and on top of that, the property was astonishing! The views were breathtaking.

I had a river view room. View was beautiful. One down fall is the loud trains passing during the night that wakes you up.

I love the location, and having a restaurant and bar in the hotel was a plus!

I didn't like the room because I booked a King room with city view but was given a double queen with city view. No extra charge because the rooms were the same price but I was there with my husband and we didn't sleep too well in a queen bed.

It’s well cared for in the PERFECT location for Mardi Gras in NOLA! turn right, and you’re in the French Quarter. Turn left, and you’re in the CBD and Warehouse District. Parking is in the building, too.

Hotel was nice and the staff was great. Samara, who works at the front desk, went above and beyond to help resolve an issue for me.
