Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sehr warm und prinzipiell gemütlich. Die Lage war super, in wenigen Minuten war man am Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Macys, etc. Das Frühstück war ausreichend.

Leider konnten wir aufgrund des Lärms des Nachbarrestaurants kaum schlafen. Direkt neben dem Hotel liegt ein Restaurant / eine Bar, wo Weihnachtsfeiern stattfanden. Der Frühstücksraum des Hotels war gleichzeitig der Partyraum des Lokals. In unserem Zimmer war es so laut von der Musik her, dass der Bass der Musikanlage die Matratzen zum Vibrieren brachte.

Excellent location, only 5 minutes walk to Times Square, the room was very spacious and perfect for staying 8 nights, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was ideal. Already looking forward for to returning

Breakfast didn’t start until 8am and some days it would have been helpful if it was from 7.30 as we had some trips to leave early for so we missed breakfast once

This hotel is in a great location for exploring, it’s very close to Times Square and subway. The rooms are a decent size for NY. Beds are very comfortable and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We found the fridge and coffee maker in room very useful. Breakfast is ok but mostly all carbs, a bit of protein would be nice.

The hotel is on restaurant row so very noisy with music, people, early morning deliveries etc. Bring earplugs and request a room facing the back.

Superb little gem, in a great location for theatre and pretty much all areas we wanted to explore. Clean, modern (and good size) rooms, which had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was plentiful and a great addition to our stay. Check-in and check-out staff were friendly and welcoming, and the process efficient. Roof terrace was really cute, offering good views and was quiet. Would definitely stay again or recommend.

Probably just the very noisy sofa bed springs. From the bedroom, I could hear everytime my friend moved! Not sure it was that comfy either.

Tired interiors, nowhere apart from the room to be, no space anywhere.

I liked the comfortable beds. The space, the staff. Over all quiet room on a busy street.

The air conditioning and its filters were black all across the rooms in every unit .The vents makes a lot of noise . This must be cleaned The street it self has a lot of drunk homeless People and the vibe downstairs is more of a party style less for families . The location is 2 minutes for the theaters .

Amazing location nice and simple. Lots of options for food and drinks.

My sheets wasn’t so clean but I noticed only in the morning…

The location is spectacular. Right around the block from Moulin Rouge on broadway which is what I came for. Directly on restaurant row. Tito Murphy’s connected has wonderful food! The scenery from the rooftop is beautiful. Will always go back if I can. Beautiful decor in every inch.

The literal only con is that I believe housekeeping was vacuuming directly above us at 5 in the morning and I couldn’t get back to sleep. However, I chalked it up to maybe a mess was made or something because I have stayed before and this is the first time it happened and it was only one morning that it occurred.

Wonderful location, slightly away from the Times Square chaos.

Street facing rooms can be loud, but quiets down early.

The heating system was so loud in both rooms, especially the king room. Because of that, we couldn't get nice sleep the whole night. It's way to loud to sleep. Otherwise, we like almost everything else.

The noise level in the bedrooms. It seems like there are some extra charges $250 in my card so far. I will update after I call them to ask the reasons tomorrow.

Location was perfect for walking to restaurants and activities. The breakfast was very nice and just what I needed to start my day! I liked the roof top patio even though it was too cold to use it on my visit.

I wish it had a bath tub because I like to take a bubble bath each night. It wasn’ta deal breaker though.
