Firstly - a wonderful welcoming Staff!Homewood Suites was connected to Hampton Inn and allowed us the benefit of having a restaurant on site. an added bonus we didn’t expect! ..perfect for our short stay to spend time with our small granddaughters. the shuttle to and from the airport was added bonus. we didn’t need to rent a car because this hotel offered everything required for our stay. it ticked all of our boxes! ✔️a separate bedroom with door ✔️kitchenette with dishes and pans to prepare for light snacks. ✔️two TVs ( so we didn’t have to watch cartoons for 3 days ;) ✔️pool - saltwater plus a clean hot tub ✔️wonderful hot breakfast included ✔️24/7 coffee tea station ✔️comfortable beds! also a pull out sofa. ✔️FANTASTIC family friendly staff that went over and above to make us feel welcomed.

the lighting in the room could be brighter. could also used a non-stick frying pan.

i booked for 2 nights and the 2nd day, the cleaner came to our room while were having bfast and she/he just left the bottle of big shampoo and body wash without cleaning the room and not even putting new toilet paper, we thought they will come back vut nobody came back to clean and give us new towels and no toilet paper at all, We arrived late at night without new towels and toilet paper, i called the desk twice to ask. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! and their bfast is so bland!! no pastries or fruits at all,just apple.. i have been to other Hilton properties most of the time and this place is the worst experince that i had.

Convenient airport hotel . Shuttle/ breakfast/ pool/ hot tub/ restaurant/ spacious apartment style room with kitchen. Hilton quality.

I really like the hotel, its clean, the room we stayed is good, i love that idea to have a social event when visitors gathered and have some really good snacks, I really appreciate the friendly staff they are very kind kitchen staff and front desk very kind people. Very good breakfast i wish theres bacon. Lol! But overall it’s excellent!

A complimentary water bottle would be nice. Just a thought.

Great location, close to the airport. Indoor pool is nice.

The breakfast place is simply not enough considering the hotel’s size. It gets crowded easily and it’s impossible to go and have a good time with your family, especially with small kids. They need to act asap. I’m not returning to this hotel with my family if this does not change.

They are good, delicious in breakfast esp.the raffle.

The towel is wet just wondering we are just checked in, then when I check the kitchen towelso wet.

Breakfast was great love the selection, bonus they had Turkey sausages 😋 and it was only 7mins from the airport which made it excellent as our flight was at 1:30am

We didn’t like how the pool wasn’t children friendly The sofa bed was hard to pull out and didn’t seem very sturdy

Breakfast is great, waffle is amazing, the staff is friendly and professional keeping the area always in order and tidy. Location is great as well since its just nearby the airport

The shuttle location should have been properly communicated. We’ve waited 50 mins for a 5 minute trip.
