I like the casino floor it didn’t smell like cigarettes smoke, and had a pleasant smell liked it so much better.

Nothing I didn’t lie is about the room. The bathroom had hair in the tub and on the floor and there was no toilet trees.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable

The pool filthy. Needs repairs. Babies in diapers in both pool and hot tub. Kind of disgusting. Limited options for dining . Menu poor at Rosie's. Prices way over priced. Tower of Terror elevator. Elevator was in free fall. My friend on 14 th floor . Heard her screaming from elevator. I was on 3rd floor Reported to maintenance Nothing done. Many seniors were there and upset by the decline. Used to be a beautiful place. No way should we have been charged a resort fee. I asked for a mountain view. Paid extra. The view was of stairwell

Check in was very easy and the staff was great. Our room was very clean and very well kept. We had a toddler with us and we felt safe the entire time. It was also quite. Casino was fantastic.

I do wish the direction to our room were a little more clear. We did get lost a little but thankfully there was a security person walking around to direct us. The bartenders down at the casino were a little slow.

awaken by fire alarm at 1:30am and evacuated. Walked outside in very cold weather to come back in to find out there was no fire! Woke back up at 8:00am only to find out that there was no hot water! very miserable stay.

Parking was Ok, since the hotel wasn’t really full.

The rooms were really dirty! We stayed in a room for 4 people and they only gave two towels. We came to the front desk twice to ask for it and they said that they would bring it to our room and never did. We called them twice from the room to ask for the towels and still nothing! No options to dine from. They have a cafe and a restaurant, but both have long wait times, even with the hotel and casino empty. I imagine how it would be on a weekend that it was crowded.

Always enjoy the restaurants and kids love the pool

Saturday night arcade shouldn't close at 930 pm, 11 would be nice for family members who don't gamble

Sadly we had no hot water our whole stay 2 nights. Also the water from the sinks came out brown and gray, we put water in a clear cup and you couldn't not see through it to the other side. We ignored the hot water issue the first night figured it was just something they were working on and thought for sure they would inform people that there was no hot water. We came into the second night, the kids had done a smash room down the road and they had glass in their hair and needed to take a shower but again no hot water. I finally called front desk at 1am and she informed me something was wrong with the water and it was being worked on. Though she offered to move us across the whole casino to a different room it was 1am and check out was just a few hours away. I have stayed here many times because my children love the indoor pool I just don't know if we will stay again due to water being brown and gray and no hot water at all and they didn't bother to inform anyone that the water was unsafe and there would be no way to shower or properly wash your hands after touching games, slot machines. To me that's a safety hazard with covid, and rsv going around. I hope they fix this because it's a unfortunate concern that may make me never go back. My husband and I have 7 children, he works full time, I work 2 jobs full time and part time and I'm a full time collage student and we don't get to stay places to often and was so excited we got to spend my daughters 13th birthday here with her and her cousin but it ended up not being what we hoped.
