Breakfast was ok. Air conditioner was really good.

Shower was awful. There was no pressure what so ever. And when you turned the shower on the water came out the faucet too. Couldn't turn the light on without the fan. I didn't like that. There was no extra seating. Beds were like sleeping on rocks. There we're spiders in the towels!

Un ruido frente al hotel de unos helicopeteros

Las camas era muy cómodas y el check in y check out muy rápido el personal del lobby muy amable.

La habitación que me dieron estaba con una puerta compartida y se escuchaba todo, tenía un leve olor a humedad, no tienen donde lavar la ropa y el espacio para el desayuno es muy muy pequeño.

Great location, nice room size... Great for shorts stays.

The breakfast area is so tiny...crowded.

Price and installations

Breakfasts it’s included until 10:00 pm. But the staff started to rush us out 10 minutes before time. We and other patrons felt like they were ousted us out. The should do like in otter hotels by simply picking up the food so no more people would get service. Basically they throw us out.

Clean, easy to get there. The breakfast was varied and well organized.

Había personal que te atendián en español, excelente atención sobretodo de Jonathan, nos asesoró para visitar lugares y restaurantes, el desayuno estuvo excelente comparado con otros hoteles, no duden en hospedarse aquí.

No hay nada que observar o comentar.

A lei do silêncio nao é exigida pelo hotel. Um grupo de homens ficou até madrugada conversando no corredor térreo de acesso aos quartos, batendo portas de carro, gargalhando... era impossível dormir. Penso que deveria haver alguém do hotel controlando esse tipo de situaçao incômoda para todos os outros hóspedes que desejam descansar.

Breakfast looked rushed (burnt eggs and the coffee tasted like water, bathroom needed to be a bit clean (detail) hairs and dirt on the edges and around toilet.

La ubicación estaba excelente, la habitación y el baño eran amplios. Cumplieron con la limpieza cada dos noches.

Cobran un servicio de hoteles por noche que no se detalla al momento de reservar por acá. El desayuno no era muy variado, hay días que no colocaban leche y era chico el área para desayuno.

it was newly remodeled

there was a leek in the restroom, when turning on water to take shower it made a lot of noice and the hotel is steps away from a helicopter attraction so when your sleeping the sound is very loud

It was newly and beautifully renovated. What a pleasant surprise it was! Also the breakfast was quite nice and complimentary

The staff was pleasant. They were apologetic about a problem and switched my room. Great price.

The first room I was in had bed bugs on both beds. Both rooms smelled of mold. The television stations were local channels only, no kid's channels at all. The pool wasn't cleaned after it rained so the bugs and leaves were left in it, my kids didn't want to swim because of it. Doesn't look like they vacuum the floors. No housekeeping while you're there. One of those things where you get what you pay for.
