Ubicación y ambiente.

The location is close to public transport Walking distance to bay bridge and ferry transit Walking to china town and many other places The facility has a very well equipped kitchen but always in use as well as the fridges since many people are there for long stay.

The check in and out policy need to be revised 10am checkout is so early . The check in should be last at 10pm for dormitory rooms so you don’t get someone walking in making noise in the middle of the night.

Nosotros estábamos en una habitación privada. El alojamiento hace poco que lo han renovado, nuestra habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, muy bien situado y buen precio para los precios de San Francisco.

No tiene ascensor

La cercania con la avenida principal powell st. Me gusto que las instalaciones estaban limpias. Me gusto que tuviera recepcion las 24 horas.

Hay mucho homeless cerca de la calle powell y de la calle Taylor que son las mas cercanas al hostal. No me gusto que no ofrecieran desayuno .

Sa situation. L’accueil est accommodant et une pièce est prévue pour laisser les bagages au delà du Check out.

Franchement, tout était bien

It was very cold & we put the heating on as there was a radiator in the room but during the middle of the night the pipes started rattling and woke us up in a panic as it sounded like something from a horror movie and would not stop in the early hour of the morning. Woke up from the biggest fright ever!

Phenomenal experience. Awesome staff and amazing living setup (especially if you plan to spend more time out in the city). sophisticated decorum and the people are friendly.

A lot of hills to deal with. The kitchen closes at 10pm. can’t do laundry until 4pm. if you decide to pay for a shared situation, you may deal with interesting people to say the least.

The staff was nice. The beds were just okay.

The rooms shouldn’t be co for all. As if Muslim men andwomen are staying alone. They get very uncomfortable.

Since I am a senior with mobility problem too many stairs and too steep.

Great toilet facilities, comfortable bed

Area a bit grim, not much interaction from reception staff, no information on the locality, what’s going on in the area.

The facilities that they have are pretty good as far as a kitchen, the beds, pillows and bedding are comfortable. The keycard access is great to the individual rooms and the shared bathroom for the 4-6 dorm beds is great and clean.

Not as Advertised The dorm bed in room 202 that I was assigned advertised that it had outlets and a light in the bed and that was completely false. There was a space for it to be installed but it was not there. There were also just two beds placed on the ground that didn't have access to the lockers, which is a bummer for them (its also advertised that those amenities exist). The room is right next to the main entryway door so its was extremely loud (louder than a normal Hostel) since the door doesn't have a slow/soft shut and just slams incessantly all night long with everyone's comings and goings. The kitchen should include basic amenities for everyone to use: Salt, Pepper, Cooking Oil, Butter. If it had these it would be a proper hostel.
