The room was beautiful! Very pretty and had a luxurious feel. We really loved the location and the view on the Bay Bridge. Also the hotel staff was remarkably friendly.

The breakfast definitely could have been way better. For the price we paid for the room, breakfast was very limited. Never experienced something like this for this price.

The free wifi was a bit spotty - sometimes my phone was connected and then sometimes not when I was in my room in the same location.

That's the information it isn't as clear as it should be that there's no pool in gym in the same facility and that's open 24/7 Also had a problem unfortunately they thought my room was open so they gave keys and booked it to somebody else and they walked into my room around 11 pm something at night when I was already laying down with my family I just wish I could have been accommodated Or at the least asked if I can be helped with anything other than those issues hotel is great

Charged internet access 17.99 and guest amenities fee 34.35 when it said internet was included in amenities. And did not like the view out the window of a wall

The rooms were nice and very clean and the nautical theme was really cute. There were lots of places to charge our devices and hair tools which was important since I was getting ready for my wedding the next morning.

I did not like that I paid for what I was told was the penthouse and the best room in the entire hotel with a wonderful view, however we had only a view of the roof/AC and other hotel room. The room was nice but not what I was expecting. Also the rooms are very very small. Also we were not offered any amenities and had a friend deliver us water at midnight only to find out there was free water bottles at the front desk. The site says parking available, but only valet parking is available for $65 a night. Quite misleading. The checking in & luggage situation etc is really difficult due to the no parking situation. I will likely not stay here again.

Very welcoming friendly staff, recently revamped shared areas and room. Lovely touch to have complimentary continental breakfast and also happy hour! Really good, safe location - with good restaurants nearby. Very comfortable rooms, and a fabulous view of the bay!

No breakfast. They make a big accouncement on their website about continental breakfast but that is a bit to much marketing. They have sandwitches, and juices in a box. Ones these are eating up then you are out of luck. We complained with the management and we got our full breakfast back!. Small but good room, but with hard beds with become unconfomrable at the time

The location, close to Embarcadero, is very good. Everything was spotless, the staff was very friendly and helpful. As European, I am not used to noisy airco, so when I asked to change room, the front desk swiftly got me a different room. I would recommend this hotel. The lobby has a lovely fireplace, and lots of plugs for phones and laptops.

The room was small but the bed and the ocean view was amazing 👏

It was pricey especially having to pay $65 extra per night for parking 😑
