AC on our floor wasn’t working to good and fire alarm going off at 2am

The room was spacious and clean with lots of seating. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Check in was easy and they brought some cold water and light snacks to our room after check in, which was a really nice touch. The lobby area was very nice and had great ambience. The room was quiet, although this may just be because we didn't have any loud neighbors--there is a large gap under the door that lets in a lot of light and (I'm sure) sound if anyone had been in the hallway. The location was good for us. We were able to walk to the Kennedy Center where we had tickets for the evening.

There is no door separating the sink area from the sleeping area. My husband usually wakes up before me, but couldn't turn on the light by the sink or use the sink at all without waking me up. Also, the sink/counter area is really small so only one person can use the sink at a time. The bathroom was not well maintained. The hook fell off the wall when I tried to hang up my towel. The shower curtain wouldn't fully close because the curtain rod was loose and hung down in a "U" shape rather than curving out to the side like it's supposed to. So the shower curtain kept slipping down and gathering in the middle. The shower head fixture was loose in the wall when I tried to adjust it. On top of this, the bathroom was not well-lit so it was quite dark in the shower.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice that we were able to check in early. They upgraded us :)

A/C was super loud and not the strongest but it was super warm outside.

Location, room size

Bad shower, waiting for 4-5 minutes for the hot water to get hot, no European plugs, at least one. When the room was being cleaned the cleaning staff was constantly removing my appliances the were charging and accurately putting them in the drawer - as a result coming back I had to charge them, rather than use. Also, every day all my toiletries were put back in my toiletries bag - not big issue to remove them again, but why doing that?

Includiertes Frühstück je nach Auswahl völlig überteuert. Personal zum Frühstück sehr schwerfällig, der Service entsprach nicht dem eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. Fitnessraum gut ausgestattet.

Location , customer service, comfortably, all top of the line , very comfortable bed, and pillows . Great safe neighborhood. Very close to affluent Georgetown, with lots of restaurants and shops . Leslie from the Front Desk was exceptional, I do hope the Hotel Management know they have a gem on their Team !!
