The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfortable that I wanted to take it home with me. The staff were very courteous and professional going that extra mile to make my stay awesome.

I had ordered breakfast on my first morning there and waited almost an hour and a half for it and it never arrived. I called the front desk to see what the delay was and was told that they were swamped with over eighty orders that morning. The staff member still had my ticket and I guess my order had never been placed so I asked her to just cancel the order. I am diabetic so it would have been nice if someone had called and informed me that they were backed up in breakfast orders so that I could have made other arrangements.

This was “the” best hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile. The front desk staff was the best. I wish I could remember the guys name. The location is extremely convenient. Walking distance to the mall and many restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay.

Location was perfect. We didnt get breakfast. Maybe next time. But the hotel was beautiful. We also enjoyed the pool, briefly. Staff was helpful and very nice.

Parking stated less online. It was a little more than I would have liked to pay. But for the area, it was understood. I would visit again.

The fact that I checked in and was double charged because the desk attendant was not thorough to see that I was booked with a third party and had already paid for the room, which tied up my money $900.45 to be exact while I was on my vacation. This was very inconvenient & unprofessional at the very beginning of my trip...but I will say they tried to accommodate me with a complimentary bottle of Rosé and $100 in-dining for food. Instead of them offering the Palms restaurant which was inside of the hotel.They only offered the In-house dining food which was horrible. When I brought it to the director Euchin of the hotels attention the next morning after check-in that they had made my account go negative they acted as if I did something wrong and only offered me the bottle of rosé and $100 voucher for in-house dining. They did try to reverse the charge but with it being the weekend and the 4th of July holiday I was not able to get my money back while on the trip.

I had a great time. No complaints whatsoever.

Our Vehicle was too high to self park. Didn't like the fact that our vehicle can get booted in the parking lot if we didn't use valet or self park. Valet parking is too expensive - $55, especially when you would like to tip the drivers.

The location was great. Staff was very friendly. I liked that you could park your own car.

Restaurant menu didn’t have a wide variety. Especially for shellfish allergies.

Rooms are nice, bed was comfortable. Love that the Westin offers room service.

I like the hotel manager and the heated pool. I also like the location of the hotel.

There was human trafficking in the hotel. A naked woman was running through the hallway. The trafficker was banging on our door for us to open. Security nor police took our matters serious. I’m so glad we never opened the door.
