Breakfast was exceptional and the staff were wonderful and friendly. In particular Rachel the bartender and Denise from breakfast and lunch at the poolside grill. Family friendly resort with nice rooms around pool area. Choices to eat were in walking distance.

Rooms could use an update. I booked what I thought was a newly renovated room but it wasn’t. They were clean and the mattress was very comfortable as well as the couch in the sitting room.

Loved it. Particularly want to praise Bryan at the front entrance...he was outstanding and took care of all my bags. Outstanding customer service

I am a Bluegreen Gold member, and the price was too high, but I am used to using my points or bonus time prices.

Staff was really nice. Can use both properties. A little hard to navigate as it is so big! Lots to do.

No valet parking., also didn't want to listen to time share spiel at checkin.

Location, amenities, lots to do for families

Got real tired of smelling pot everywhere around the premises. Every pool, bar, eating area, common areas- weed smoke. It's annoying and stupid, especially when it's a family place. Id rather not have my kids inhale your immature, sickening smelling weed, thanks!

Location is perfect, staff is great, cleaning staff did an awesome job.

The couch could have been a little more comfy.

It is a prime location with the ocean so close, loved that a beach cabana was included (however, the way to reserve was ridiculous to stand in a long line for 20 mins one at a time - come on reserve online!) The resort fee includes many activities which is really nice and there are lots of pools. I actually was able to upgrade upon arrival to a 2 bedroom which was really nice and gave us more room. We had a kitchen (although not stocked well plateware) was a nice convenience. It has many pools and activities going on that are mostly included in your resort fee. Parking was good. If you could find staff, and it was difficult, they were nice and sorry for everything but never made any sort of compensation for anything.

Hotel is great need for renovation, there was only one elevator working at each of the two elevator locations which was really inconvenient and at times we waited 20 minutes to get an elevator and even then had to crowd in with too many people just to get down from the 7th floor. The VIP cabanas are a joke. They are dirty and falling apart and there are electric wires like there used to be a tv, but no more - and to pay $200 a day for that was also ridiculous, but if you don't do that then it is a big fight for pool chairs and they do nothing about people who save chairs and don't show up for hours! Also, there is no staff walking around the pool deck if you need anything like trying to get the cabana cleaned for our use upon arrival. There is no pool drink/food service - you have to go wait in a long line or use a scan to mobile order, which multiple times was out of order, or they shut if down like at 3 pm, when it actually was supposed to be open later. One or our bedrooms air condition did not work, the kitchen was barely equipped, maintenance forgot to lock our door after they were there - so our door was wide open all afternoon while we were at the pool and they never got back to us with any concern about it. Housekeeping didn't come one day so we called at 345 pm to say we really wanted them to get there - we came back from dinner at 9 pm and the room still was not cleaned - since we have a kitchen there was stinky garbage and we need towels, etc. We paid over $1000 a night so we expected much better! We did call and complain and they did rectify the air in the bedroom and gave us a couple free drinks because the cabana was dirty. All in all, it is such a shame - it's a great location with lots of potential. Needs major renovation and needs more staff!

Perfect location. The amenities were amazing. Staff was great. The beach and pools were fantastic.

The rooms felt a little tight for the price you pay.
