The instructions for how to enter the lobby were wrong. We arrived on a Sunday, and the lobby was locked. Absolutely no where in the instructions provided were we given a code to the door. We spent an hour with our two small children trying to get in, finally someone staying at the hotel let us in. We finally got someone on the phone who gave us the code. We were extremely disappointed in the check in process.

The location was great.

Master bedroom needs room, darkening curtains bad. Inless you like getting up at 4:30 in the morning when the sun is rising and coming through blinds. The ceiling fans need new blades and are coming unscrewed from the motor and are very dirty. You can smell sewer gas coming from the front toilet. In desperate need of new pillows.

Excellent communication with Liberte, great location, and amenities! Appreciated that there were starter packets of coffee and soap.

We were given directions to find a key in a lock box that would let us into the lobby so we could get to the room. There was not a lock box and fortunetly a kind person gave us the code to get into the lobby (they said the keys had not been used in years). The condo is in a great location but it is not very clean and could use some repairs. There were clothes from the last renter under the bed(tells you how well they clean)

Location was fine but facilities were dated and in need of modernisation.

Check in was a complete shambles! Not having representatives at the accommodation caused confusion. At check in we didn't even have an apartment number; just a code. We ended up playing a Weird version of the "Crystal Maze" to get our key number. We had to try the code given to us for every padlocked key until we found one that opened. The key inside was no use whatsoever but it had a fob on it that advised us we were in apartment 302. Given there were around 60 apartments in the block this took some time especially after 16 hours of travel. On check out there was nowhere to leave luggage despite our flight being at 21:00 and check out was 10:00. Fortunately, We contacted the office and agreed to leave our luggage there albeit it was a 15 minutes taxi ride away.

the bed in the second bedroom was terrible it feet like you were sleeping on a box spring . The hot tub was not working during our stay

never gave us instructions on the key that was left. We thought it went to the pool, but it was for the outdoor gate that actually locked at a certain time and we got locked out.
