The grassed area was clean and fin for the family.

The light in the window we couldn’t block out so the whole room was lit up. It was hard for the kids to sleep.

What breakfast!!! The pictures and description of the rundown hotel did not depict the condition of the rooms! Blue tub from the 60's with mold fr the 60's around it! Old tile in bathroom and on floor! The door to the unit had wood rot at the bottom and a crack between the door and door jam COULD SEE OUTSIDE!!! Dust and Spider webs!!! There was a huge clear bag of garbage outside the unit's door next to us for 2 days!!! Couldn't sleep because could hear every foot step from the room above us!!! BIG DISSAPOINTMENT!!!

Water pressure in shower could have been better

Everything else was nice! . Parking was a little sparse but did find a space.

Limited channel selection for the television, pool locked out early.

I was mildly surprised there wasn’t a clothesline in the shower in order to hang up bathing suits

The front door has a small window, that allowed the hallway light to flood in, and light up the room.

Cute boutique motel! Half a block from the beach and walking distance to great restaurants and shops! Definitely would stay here again!

owner and staff were excellent

First and foremost the staff was very friendly and would go above and beyond for guests. The location and amenities were also excellent.

The cleanliness was okay. There was a lot of previous guests hairs all over, especially the bathroom. Could have used more detailed cleaning in dresser drawls also.

Price is very high for the place! Bedroom AC unit was leaking and could not be repaired until room vacant. Bathroom is tiny. It's an old facility. Has no shelves or anywhere to put anything, not even a toothbrush. Can hear all walking and noise upstairs.

Location is great! Everything is in walking distance. Beach is literally down the street. This is my 3rd time I have stayed here and I will be back. The pool is heated.

Clean and updated to modern standards, thoughtfully appointed to suit typical needs (too often lacking): bedside lamps on both sides and with charging ports, dresser, sleek bathroom design with all amenities, closet with plenty of hangers, easy to get more of anything, tiny perfect kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, sink, pots pans etc., nice TV (did not use), plenty of space to lounge outdoors, easy walk to the beach/shops/Sunday outdoor market/restaurants, awesome staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Didn’t understand modern air handling system (was it heat and AC all wrapped into one?). Should have asked. Would suggest adding info to guest notebook. Bottom line, though, we managed to keep the temp just right.

I had never visited an area where $400 was not a 3 star hotel. I had higher expectations but had a great time anyway!

The room was smaller than I thought it would be. It was comfortable. Weather was great so our time was spent outdoor.
