The TV didn’t work call mom they wouldn’t come and fix it until the morning so I told them not to worry about it I’m just staying for one night I couldn’t get ice because I got here at 10:30 and they close the room where the ice is at 10 o’clock The maid tried to come clean my room at 7:30 in the morning and check out is it until 11.

Nothing. I paid for the same room twice. Unfortunately I received a conformation from booking . Com saying the room was paid for but I was charged again for the same room. I was told to call booking . Com for help. Good luck on that. I just decided to never go near RedRoof inns or booking.com. Again. Lesson learned cost me $200.00.

STAFF FRIENDLY, EXTREMELY HELPFUL, EFFICIENT. ABLE TO CHECK IN EARLY. REQUESTED AND RECEIVED A DISABLED ASSISTED ROOM ON GROUND LEVEL. PET FRIENDLY, NO PET FEES, ALLOWED LARGE DOGS, PET AREAS. LOVED THE WALKING PATH BEHIND RED ROOF.

The room was clean and comfortable. Very nice amenities. Ironing board / iron. Coffee maker. Refrigerator and Microwave. Desk with chair. I was able to connect easily to the internet, the connection strong enough to smoothly check email, and take care of some things online. Plenty of grass areas for the pup to do her business. The hotel nicely asked to pick up after your pet, and offered a station with a recepticle and bags. Sadly, many folks did not pick up after their pet. Breakfast was excellent. Hot items, such as bisquits, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, grits where offered, in addition to the typical cold items.

During my next stay, I will specify an outside ground floor room, next to the parking lot.

Large room, wood floors. Updated bedspreads and furnishings. There was no pet fee. Was given a water for dog.

When we 1st arrived the 1st thing I noticed was very old curtains. They were filthy and the window hadn't been cleaned in months. The beds were hard and mine made a weird noise when I moved. Bedspreads needed to be washed. There are people who live at this property. Terrible lighting.

The room was huge and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was amazing. The guy at the front desk was pleasant and friendly even at the late hour we showed up and he juggled the heavy traffic of people well. No odd people hanging in the parking lot and the grounds were really nice. Location is right off the freeway. continental breakfast is always a plus, they had actual food not just snacks to grab. We will definitely stay again if we pass through town.

Amber at the front desk was an absolute angel! She went above and beyond. She is a total asset to this establishment, deserves to be treated as such!!!

The breakfast foods seem to run out super quick. Totally within the first hour it is open.

Very good value and great if you travel with pets. Breakfast is better than most free breakfast places at the same price point, they offer eggs, sausage, coffee, and have a few other things including 2 waffle makers.

Rooms are a little on the older end, but not bad at all, just don't expect furniture or installations to be new.
