New general manager, kind and thoughtful. Too new and too good to change most of the people that works at that horrible, out of touch place.

This hotel and the guests service is terrible. Lack of cleanliness and readiness. Mean people at the reception, they are either confusing or disrespectful. Low class maids that will fight you back if service is requested. I had the worst experience at this “3” stars hotel. I wouldn’t be back even if they pay me. Do not go there, your going to be wasting your time and wasting your hard earned money. They don’t care about you, they only and only want your money, after they get it they forget you even exist.

Everything is close by and miami beach is a nice place to stay.

Room was noisy, somebody was having sex very loud and long every night. Toilet was constantly running and floor seems to need some renovation. Hallway to the rooms is smelly.

Mitten in South Beach, Happy Hour.

Als erstes besteht das "Hotel" aus drei Häusern, The Dorset, The Catalina und Maxine. Das Catalina ist das einzige, was halbwegs vernünftig aussieht, aber da hat aktuell niemand ein Zimmer. Die meisten müssen ins Dorset, wo unten der berüchtigte "Taco Taco" drin ist. Wir haben eine Suite gebucht. Diese war voll mit Haaren (unterm Kissen ganzer Haarball, Badezimmer, Boden, Klobrille), die Ausstattung ist zum teil stark abgenutzt. Das gesamte "Hotel" ist stark abgenutzt und dreckig. Im Fahrstuhl riecht es extrem nach Erbrochenem, dies wird morgens mit einer Sprühflasche Raumspray verschlimmbessert. Wie die Pools (ja es gibt zwei, aber in verschiedenen Häusern) sind? Natürlich voll mit Haaren und Dreck. Mein persönlicher Höhepunkt ist die nachträgliche Belastung meiner Kreditkarte weil wir angeblich was aus der Minibar entnommen haben. Wer sich die Bewertungen anschaut, wird ein System entdecken. Ich hoffe ihr geht pleite, ihr dreckigen Abzocker!

my stay was great from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. The staff that I spoke with was very pleasant. And my favorite part was the free Happy Hour!!

The front desk staff along with the doorman were very polite and accommodating. The location was wonderful. It was very peaceful and safe, even with the partying going on along Collins, I felt very safe. I rested and slept well. The pool area was cozy. I would come back.

Customer Service in the restaurants was very poor. The food was amazing, but the service from the wait staff was disappointing. I stayed away from Taco Taco and Maxines's for that very reason. It would have been nice to have complimentary coffee and water.

No didn't let me check in even though I booked late at night

The staff that were their on the date I tried checking in. And I wasn't able to check it and they didn't give me a refund
