Location, parking, staff and facilities are all excellent 👍

Swimming pool

It's located on downtown Quebec and Old Quebec city, there are a lot of tourist attractions and there seems a lot of things to accomplish in the best vicinity of the location.

Decor is a tad dated. Need a repaint of balconies to update the look and make it pleasant and more inviting.

Parking is hard and deep inside the property. Coffee machine doesn’t work in the room.

Excellent location. Clean. Comfortable beds. Nice pool for kids.

No vending machines or shop inside the hotel, confusing check in process

The room size and location were great. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. On-site parking was helpful

The lobby smelled of chlorine from the pool; high price; bellhop service wasn’t sufficient for the amount of traffic

Pool water and hot tub wasn’t clear

The hotel in general is good but the facilities a little bit old and the swimming pool floor is too slippery

The location was great! We were within walking distance of many popular attractions. I loved that it had onsite parking. The room was clean and spacious.

It was a little noisy but mainly because we were poolside (at least they were happy noises). We were awakened at 3:30 am due to the fire alarm going off and we had to evacuate. All was good but I wish there had been an explanation as to why.

We enjoyed the space of two separate rooms and the very comfortable beds. Also, appreciated the location.

We have no complaints about the property.

No daily housekeeping (given reasons: impact of the pandemic and staff shortages).

the hotel need lot of maintenance . entrance door doesn’t closed by itself . it may case major security issue . plumbing was so bad . many thing need fix up . after we made complaining there only have one security guy come up the room to look at . can’t do anything . never send housekeeping to clean up room after one day stay .
