Spaciousness of the room and amenities in the room. Lots of room for clothing such as chests of drawers and wardrobe. Very comfortable bed. Excellent room servicing and well appointed kitchenette. Great location. Definitely recommends
At first it was hard to see the spot on the room door where to apply the key because of low lighting. After the first day however it was no longer a problem. It would be great if you were warned when you check in.

Although it is located in the center of the historical district, it was a hotel where you can enjoy a modern and very pleasant stay.
Even though it faces a busy street, you can sleep quietly.
It's a few minutes' walk to a wonderful historical heritage.

I am a very picky person when it comes to clean and the hotel exceeded my expectation. The beds were super comfy and the furniture was so chic and on point. The kitchenette was well-equipped and location is excellent. The kids absolutely loved the hotel and wants to go back again next time. The slippers and ducky are so cute! We recommended the hotel to our family in Quebec and they said they will stay there on their next trip. Also, the service was fast and exceptional. We had a problem with he AC control in the room and in 5 mins. someone came to help us. The cleaning crew is doing an excellent job at cleaning and making the room spotless. Will definitely stay again on our next visit!

The staff were charming and efficient and really helpful. The theme of Magritte was fun and the lighting in the corridors made it a little bit magical. I loved the long, chilled out breakfast with excellent coffee and high quality produce.

Location was great, right in the center of old town but not loud. Room was very good sized, had a good sized refrigerator and even a couple of burners (we didn’t cook anything, but good if you wanted to). Bed was comfortable, large windows (we had a corner room so a lot of windows). Internet was solid.
Only complaint was the gym. It could use some updating, the Nordic track elliptical was basically unusable as it shook. It was like working out on a boat on the open water. The treadmill didn’t work at all. I just went up and down the hills and steps in town to work out, so not a big deal, but the gym could definitely use a refresh. The refrigerator with water in the gym was a positive.

The location is perfect. The room is very large. The terrace was the best thing about the property. We were on the 7th floor and had a huge terrace with a fire pit. We used it quite a bit and the view was beautiful. The bar/restaurant is very nice with excellent cocktails.
The bed is soft and comfortable but the comforter was too heavy for the warmer weather so we were hot all night.. We asked for a lighter weight comforter but it didn't happen. Also, the lighting in the room is too low and not enough recessed lighting to light the whole room. The bathroom is small for two pp to share with only one sink. The shower is open which i can't stand as water goes all over the bathroom floor. Also, the shower fixture was impossible to aim.

The entire property was gorgeous, but the room was perfection. The comfortable bed, the amazing bathroom, the kitchen, everything was just beyond expectations!

The hotel location is perfect for exploring old quebec by foot, and the adjacent garage was very convenient and well priced . The room size was fine, with a comfortable bed. The small frIdge and kitchenette was sufficient.

We loved its uniqueness, cleanliness, and location.
We loved the room. Two suggestions are that: we felt the bed was a little bit too soft and the pillows too puffy; the lighting throughout the room was all task lighting. We needed to have a choice of more general lighting. It was difficult to see well inside the room and bathroom.

The hotel is unique! The rooms are very comfortable and everything you need has been provided. We had drinks in the lounge twice, they were perfect!

The location was perfect for walking to all corners of the old part of the city. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the room large and airy and spotlessly clean, as was the well-designed bathroom. The bed was also very comfortable!
Not all of the decor was to my taste, but the place had originality and a sense of whimsy!

I like that it has a bathtub and a shower.
Having the shower head in one side and the faucet wrench at the other end it was an inconvenience to keep control of the temperature of the water. The door of the Toilet room it's too narrow. It's good to have the toilet separate but not having where to clean your hand inside the same room it's a little inconvenience.

Wonderful location in the heart of the old city steps from great restaurants. Fun, quirky decor. Self parking immediately adjacent to the property.
No place to pull over in front of the hotel and no one offered to valet or help with the luggage so we had to carry from the lot next door. No breakfast on site and a box breakfast is provided only to those who book directly and not through a third party. Front desk staff was not friendly when asked about this. Hallways were so poorly lit that it was impossible to find the keyless entry pad without feeling around for it.

Was a very imaginative hotel right in the middle of the walled part of Quebec City. The hallways were like you were walking in a starry sky, the grande piano played music by itself :), there were moving ballon reflections in the mirrors in the entryway. The theme was love and little hearts could be found throughout the decor. One of a kind hotel.
