The room and bed were big and clean, though a bit worn. The staff were accommodating, and the location was close to the hubbub of downtown while still being peaceful and quiet.

The room ran out of hot water before the tub was full, and water sprayed all over the walls when we turn on the jets. Breakfast was underwhelming: white toast with condiments, green bananas and a box of timbits.

It is a clean and comfortable place to spend for few days.

As we were in 4 people with kids, we liked the size of the room, cleanliness and the very good staff.

There was no breakfast in the service, so we felt disappointed since we like to have it with the whole package. We were aware of it before booking but the hotel should start offering that.

The location is close to Niagra Falls if you have a car.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The property is refusing to return our deposit and is accusing us of checking out late (leaving in the afternoon) and stealing a blanket that they had given us for my infant child. The hotel is not returning our deposit. They told us that we have stolen a baby blanket, while we folded it and put it in one of the cabinets before leaving the room. Now they are accusing me of stealing a blanket (which is probably worth 10$ or 20$) and not returning my deposit. This is a serious accusation from their side. I have been using booking.com since 2016 and I have never been accused of stealing in previous bookings. I am deeply offended. I even checked again with my wife to ask if we had taken the blanket by mistake and she also checked and said we have not taken it by mistake. If they had told us at checkout that this item was missing I would accept from them. The hotel's accusation about late checkout is also false. I informed them that we have left their property 12 minutes before checkout time at 11 am (Google Maps screenshot). We did leave the place and returned the room cards to them plus the water boiler that they gave us 12 minutes before check-out time. We also left the baby crib and the extra blanket in the room, we folded the blanket and put it in one of the drawers to return to the room in a tidy manner. They also did not say anything to us about a missing blanket at the time of checkout. The hotel has accepted that their claim about late checkout is false and said they are willing to return only 50$ of the deposit and charge me the rest for the blanket. I am filing a complaint against the hotel.

7 nights stay has a really nice location. about a 10 minute walk to the shops of Niagara.

The place was walking distance to the main attractions.

Cleaning had a lot to be desired, we found cheetos on the couch. The towels are very old and used. We had a problem with the door lock, it was stuck and we couldn’t leave the room. we tried to leave using the window to notify someone. However, I noticed that the windows do not open, so I’m not sure if that is normal. The only good thing was that the maintenance guy was very friendly.

staff was good at communicating and help us setup the tab with new Amazon fire stick. we lost our key so they were there at the middle of the night. Nice people
