Clean, nice kitchen. Beds comfortable. Living room spacious and nice. Excellent location.

AC unit in bedroom a little loud when starting. Window in bathroom leaked a little when it rained really hard.

It was very comfortable and spacious overall. The location was convenient with lots of stores and food around while still being fairly close to downtown. Good family friendly neighborhood.

One of the bed frames was very loud, you literally couldn't turn from one side to another without it making a lot of noise. The only AC is in the kitchen which cools the whole unit really well but none of the bedrooms have an AC which meant if it's hot the only way to sleep was with everyone's bedroom doors open at night.

Good wifi, close to bus, air conditioning

Couch beds were not ideal, but we made do.

easy to find, good value, complimentary tea and some spices. host communication was good.

air conditioning- living room had air con, 2 smaller bedrooms had none only fan. it was impossible to sleep. master bedroom had one too but it was running on 28 degrees and impossible to change. also we booked for 8 people, there were 3 double /twin bedroom, 2 other people were forced to sleep on the floor in living room as the sofa did not open. not ideal. there was leftover food on the freezer. cupboards could do with the clean up. it said there would be toiletries and all there was is a bottle of hand wash. towels took a while to locate and don’t think there was enough for us all. I am being brutally honest. it would be fine if there were no towels etc but would be nice to know beforehand. also we were charged deposit in Canadian dollars but it was returned ( promptly, thank you) in British pounds ( we were from 🇬🇧 UK). cleaning charge 100 dollars seemed high and why would one charge separately? Also it said to pay upon arrival but I was prompt couple of times to pay asap. I use booking.com in uk for most of my holiday accommodation and I guess in Canada thing as are different. overall it was fit for the purpose: sleep and eat breakfast. thanks

Very clean, comfortable, spacious and well-stocked.

Rooms were very decent size and perfect for family of 5. Spacious kitchen and TV room. Key entry was well explained. Very clean.

Apartment was too warm, but we managed. Table for 8 could be replaced by table for 6 and move in opposite direction, closer to door - not enough room to easily access microwave, stove and cutlery drawer.

Great layout we all had comfortable sleeping arrangements and it was clean.

Couldn't find the thermostat to turn down the heat.
