The location was definitely convenient as the hotel food was very disappointing.

Roaches in my room and black mold around the corners outside the shower, faucet was growing bacteria. Ice machine definitely needs a filter change because there were spotty things all over the ice chips. $60 for breakfast is unrealistic when the food is not so tasty but at least there is breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and willing to assist.

The hotel needs updating. The carpets look filthy. There were bug shells on the towels. Doors were hard to open and two different rooms (asked to be moved).

PROBABLY THE WORST MARRIOTT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. HOTEL VERY OLD, WITH NO REFURBISHMENT IN GOD KNOWS HOW LONG ! I TRIED TWO ROOMS, HOPING I WOULD GET A BETTER ONE....BUT NO !!! THEY WERE BOTH OLD AND DIRTY, WITH A BATHROON THE SIZE OF A POSTAGE STAMP. I LEFT IMMEDIATELY. I TRIED TO RECLAIM THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE THREE NIGHTS I WAS GOING TO STAY, BUT THEY DID NOT EVEN RESPOND TO BOOKING.COM FOR THE CANCELLATION. SO I LOST US$400.00 DEFINOTELY WOULD NEVER VISIT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN !!!

One person….James…. I traveled on plane and due to storms, plane was cancelled several times. Arrived at 4 am after being in airport since 9am flying to a different airport and then taking a Uber for hour. James upgraded our room and gave us late checkout. He was super amazing. This kind of service makes people become loyal to your brand!!!!

Chambre spacieuse, confortable. très grand parking gratuit, petit déjeuner avec du choix et de produit de qualité

La piscine vide (en travaux) et au déjeuner pour les boissons (jus d'orange ou café) il faut demander au serveuse. Un peu loin du centre et des restaurants (voiture obligatoire)

Ontbijt / parkeergarage

Verkeerslawaai van snelwegen in de omgeving. Afhandeling / uit checken bij de receptie. Er was teveel ingehouden van m’n creditcard. Heb enorm veel moeite moeten doen om dit recht te laten trekken. Zwembad al heel lang buiten gebruik.

A rede Marriot tem problemas com a reposição dos consumíveis de banheiro. Novamente ao tomar.banho.nao tinha Sabão gel para o banho. No dia seguinte solicitei a recepção e me entregaram Sabão barra com a informação que solicitaram a camareira repor o Sabão faltante do banheiro, que não ocorreu. O valor pago a gospedagem é muito alto para preocupar-se em solicitar que coloquem Sabão no banheiro e descobrir que não tem quando está tomando banho. Ficar próximo ao elevador e salão de eventos e péssimo, as pessoas.nao respeitam a.noite e fazer muito barulho. Não recomendo ficar no 4o. Andar. No check-out só tinham 2 elevadores funcionando dis 4 disponiveis e, ficaram congestionados, fazendo que demorasse mais de 20 minutos para conseguir primeiro subir subir para depois descer para o terreo e sair do hotel.

Room and Breakfast.

In general the Hotel did not meet our expectations. We were hoping the a Marriott Hotel had a better maintenance. Staff attention was okay, could be better. Breakfast was fair good.

Nice building, good parking lot, the beds are really god, decent number of channels, good shower in fact excellent, and have refrigerator, a received clean all our stay, nice

The pool was out of service, rooms not have microwave, coffee table was not permanent (for free coffee), free Internet its too slow.

Breakfast was more than enough , the servers were great Happy and helpful
