Except the aging of the actual building (public spaces)the service, cleanliness, food at the lobby restaurant exceeded my expectations.

Elevator floor cracked, paints falling off, sofa in the room old & passed the useful life. Basically the infrastructure of the building.

The location and proximity to the airport was perfect. The price, room size and amenities were spot on. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed headboard was previously damaged and painted over when it should have been replaced.

Big rooms. Nice hall With bar and a Coffee place. Restaurant is available too. Free parking.

Carpet in the room. I’m very allergic.

hôtel ayant sérieusement besoin d'être "rafraîchi" (papiers peints, moquettes, carrelages...) chambres sombres et pas de room service plein d'énormes iguanes à la piscine (sur les fauteuils, transats, bord de l'eau...) refus de nous permettre de rester 2 heures de plus en chambre par rapport au check out à 11h, (alors que vol à 17H00) si ce n'est en payant 75 $, et ce, malgré un séjour d'une semaine et une facture de 2100 €...pas très "commercial"

The aesthetics. The hotel is gorgeous.

I reserved an ADA compliant room because my fiance is wheelchair bound, and we were moved to FOUR different rooms the night we checked in, none of which matched our specific needs. We had to wait until early Saturday afternoon before we got a room that was ADA compliant. When i complained at check in- I was told that the issue regarding us not being in the type of room we needed was at the fault of booking.com. Overall, we are very displeased with our experience. We were told we’d have one night of our stay comped, but when i call to inquire, I’m referred back to booking.com. This experience has been a nightmare and i will be seeking legal representation

NO pool side service or pool side bar. NO BLENDED drinks! The restaurant was closed during the day. Limited menu with same choices throughout week. It was spring break why wasn’t there full service food. We had to Door Dash.

Jayla at the front desk was very welcoming. Smiling from the time we entered the building.

The room only had one wash cloth usually there is two.

I changed rooms because my original room smelled and the carpet was filthy. I was moved to a room that was better but the carpet was still pretty bad. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms need carpets replaced and the sofa in our second room was also in bad shape.

Goed ontbijt en diner in restaurant in het hotel. Ruime kamers. Zwembad bij het hotel.

Onze kamer werd niet schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf van 2 nachten, terwijl dit wel de bedoeling was. Toen we dit meldden bij de receptie omdat we handdoeken nodig hadden, haalden de 3 receptionistes (die overigens niets aan het doen waren) hun schouders op en zeiden dat ze daar niets aan konden doen. Na flink aandringen kregen we toch handdoeken. Ook is er iemand in onze kamer geweest toen we beneden waren eten. De deur stond open toen we terug kwamen. Wij hebben de deur zeker goed afgesloten, checken dit altijd 2 keer. Er was niets weg, want alles zat in onze koffers die op slot zaten. Toch gemeld bij de receptie. Ze zeiden dat ze het zouden nakijken en aan ons terug zouden koppelen, maar we hebben niets meer gehoord.

Laying pool side for most of the day was nice. It was quiet and comfortable. Pool was clean. The bed in the room was comfortable with nice soft sheets

The public bathrooms in the main lobby and pool side are poorly attended too Our room has things fall off or apart such as lights, shower knob for the hot and cold, weird black spots on the ceiling.
