My reservation was not honored, the front office attendant was strange and asked me and every other customer to wait out side in the heat and not in the air conditioned lobby as he went to go check on other matters in the building, he would lock the doors as we would wait, horrible ...he was able to send me to Casablanca inn, a sister hotel according to him, but there the room was in disarray when l got it, so l had to tell them to clean it, my daughter woke up with bed bug bites from sleeping under the bed covers, horrible what the hell is wrong with people having to do good work now a days...this is totally unacceptable!...l really should be getting a full refund, because the decency to give a hospitable place to stay was missed.

They gave us a discount because they messed up our reservation. The staff was very courteous!

I booked 2 rooms and one of the rooms was not ready at check-in time. When I came back later, i was told there was NO rooms..!! But then reception was able to get one but it was all the way in the corner and they completely.forgot coffee. Also a couple of bottles of water would have been GREAT! And a phone IN the room. Also, the phone number never works!!!

Perfect location. U don’t have to move u car if I want to go to the billboard walk.

Excessive smell of chlorine and toilet was dirty.

Staff was awesome. Pool was very clean. Walking distance to explore, food and fun. Quite and clean.

The shower. It was not ajustable, was too high. Had to stand against the wall 🫤 Issue with TV and remote

Perfect location, close to everything. AC worked PERFECT! The bed were super comfortable.

Parking is misleading. The insufficient on-site parking is on a first-come basis. This isn't called out in the hotel listing, and was only mentioned after I booked and paid for a room. Given the situation, the hotel staff did a poor job in identifying suitable alternatives leading to losing over an hour of identifying which public parking sites offered all-day rates.

It's the worst hotel service ever.

I arrived late & about had a heart attack that the lobby was closed! Well I got a text from them with instructions on how to find my room key in the lock box. HUGE relief! Super comfy bed. Second time staying here.

A couple towels didn't really seem clean as they had dirt stains. Maybe didn't come out in the wash?

The tile in the bathrooms need deep cleaning.

Great clean room comfortable bed. The pool was open even with the cold weather. Very close to the beach. Easy walk to the Santa Cruz wharf. Also close to some restaurants and bars that are open late if you're looking fort night life.

Didn't see a staff member once while staying there. The office was only open from 2-7 PM so if anything had gone wrong we would have had no help. I wish there had been a staff member available. Showers were small.

The location was cool near the ocean and some parks near the downtown

The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable the remote did not control the tv and they had no premium movie channels like hbo stars or showtime I dont think the package is that costly for them to acquire the internet is quite spotty

The deal was unbeatable for two beds. Lots of pillows and comfortable bed. Coffee maker! Parking! Conveniently located so quick walk to downtown, the boardwalk, and the beach.

Heater was not the strongest.

Terrible internet could not get work done in room. The basic cable and no premium channels made relaxation with entertainment impossible the lack of phone to front desk staff made it difficult to comply the outlandish rules and mandates regarding stay overs from management
