Staff were nice. Location was great.

Wi-Fi wasn’t available inside the room, only in the lobby. While the bed was neat and clean, I found multiple hairs, both in the bathroom and in the bedroom, that did not belong to me. There was also a fair bit of dust on surfaces. There was no mini fridge, which was disappointing when hurricane idalia came-I had no where to store food.

The charm , quaintness of the building Plus the location was fantastic . The staff , valet were so helpful to direct us wherever we needed help in .

Location in the historic district was great! Very convenient parking close with close access to resturants and the river front.

Door lock didn't open well, took forever to get fixed (rm 407), NO breakfast service, not even a donut. There WAS coffee in the lobby.

Location is outstanding! Walk to everything. Piano player each evening in lobby, warm cookies in evening, are nice touches. Nice staff.

The walls are PAPER THIN. I could hear everything in rooms next door and hallway. Cleaning crew start before 8am on Sunday and woke me up. Also the rooms don't get any housekeeping (not even coffee refills or fresh mugs).

We love the location and the staff is very helpful.

There was a little confusion about the financial breakdown and costs held from the credit card. This was rectified immediately the next day by way of explanation. And this is nitpicking but, no bottle opener available, even at the desk. so really no negatives at all

Yes, I like everything about. It is really nice. I recommend the shrimp factory very delicious 🤤 👍🏼 I also recommend queen, Georgia and dinner for couples is great thank you

The room didn't have a little frig or microwave

Good location meant we could walk to restaurants and leave the car in the garage. Nice lobby, pleasant staff and nice touch to offer water, coffee and cookies in the lobby

Garage wasn't very nice (condom found next to our car). Room had a smell to it that we tried to remove by running the aircon for a while. (Windows didn't open.) Our view was of the garage. Queen bed was the smallest we encountered on a 9 day trip. Light over shower flickered and didn't turn off but may have been a night light.

Went on high season so was very expensive given there is no daily cleaning or breakfast.
