What I liked most about the property was the pool and the friendly hospitality.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the property. I just wish I could have stayed longer.

Beds were comfortable. Clean Sheets. Allowed dogs, Shockingly, no bedbugs, at least in our room.

See Photos. DISGUSTING grounds and property. No pride. Wyndham should be ashamed. Repaired sidewalks covered with packing tape. Entrance has a huge repair right as you walk in, no one bothered to fix.------Garbage everywhere. No trash or recycling cans for patrons to use. Dog walking area was so full of dog crap you couldnt walk near it. Poo Bag stand with no bags. Dog crap everywhere else. Back of motel woods filled with mattresses +junk. Dumpster area completely open, filled with boards, tires, broken chairs. What if a child or dog got hurt? -------The WORST: Right across the parking lot with room view: Dangerous Tank thing rusty and rotted the size of a Railroad car, with this open hole "covered" with a rotted, black mold plywood "cover" exposing the hole. What if a child or dog fell in? ----ROOM: Heat/AC unit filled with dust, unusable. Cabinet doors sagging. Furniture scratched ——Rm phone didnt work, called front desk on my cell, and was brushed off, no one came to replace or fix it. We wondered why TV was on when we checked in: Remote on-off didnt work, only channels + volume. No one cared to fix or replace it --No fire exit info, no maps, no local delivery info-------ICE VENDING ROOM: to the wall down left of the ice machine covered with mold, scared to get ice as surely the ice machine has not been cleaned. -----------"BREAKFAST ITEM": 1 table/2 chairs. They banked on "Covid" w/a Covid Notice as their excuse to avoid serving a true continental breakfast, yet there was no mask requirement, no hand sanitizer, no distancing notices that would suggest they truly were concerned about Covid---------They just used Covid as a ruse in order not to pay for a normal breakfast for patrons, at least muffins pastry yogurt fruit w/coffee + a few places to sit. They only provided a 1-Per-Person child size granola bar. No sign Out of Juice How greedy can you get?

My room was located on the first floor. The room was exactly how it looked online.

It was chilly the night I stayed, so I used the heater. Woke up to a puddle of water on the floor.

Staff was rude Place needs to be updated Bathroom was a mess with cigarette burns on tub Also has a drainage problem Wyndham should disqualify this hotel The Wyndham name is why I booked there

Everything was pretty decent except for the cleaniness and the fact i didnt get my wydnham rewards points

The color of the walls, the bed was comfortable

Staff is very unfriendly. Missing shower curtain in our room. Hot water wasn’t working. Dirty wash cloths left in bathroom upon arrival, lots of ants

Place is always clean and comfortable. Pool is clean rooms u can smell the cleaning product as soon as walk in. Love it. Beds are very comfortable

The facility was clean and comfortable.

I didn't like anything

Based on their ad they are supposed to provide breakfast, but there was only coffee, juice and granola bar. This does not call breakfast. It's a cheating. Also, bed clothes and towels looked dirty. TV was very small. My family was very unhappy with me. It was prepaid, otherwise I would have gone to another place. Booking.com should return my money.

immediately, when we open the door to the room, it smelled clean. I liked that I had hardwood floors. nothing negative really to say. it was close to AC Convention Center. a lot of places to eat.

the rooms smelled like cigarettes. the front desk clerk seemed a little racist…the beds where old along with the sheets

We checked in late bc of a basketball tourney and Sam was great! He helped make the process smooth and fast and was very friendly.
